Los Angeles and Hollywood with all their attractions just 35 miles away. Palm Springs is a little over an hour from here and San Diego is usually a three hour drive. John Wayne Airport is about 15 minutes by car, Ontario airport and LAX about an hour away. You'll find a basket of attraction brochures and local restaurant menus in your room. With so much to do and see, you'll have to come back again and again! Orange County Transit Authority (OCTA) bus stops nearby on Tustin Avenue. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with separate vanity area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffeemaker. The living area sofa is roomy enough for everyone to sit and enjoy watching the large-screen cable TV. There is a brand new patio seating area with new modern wood fencing and a barbecue right outside to grill your dinner while taking in peek ocean/sunset views. You will have total access to this exceptionally equipped home. The fully fenced front yard is perfect for small children and family to enjoy! There are boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a wagon to pull it all when you walk down the hill for a relaxing day at the beach. There's also off-street parking reserved for one car. Bring your suitcase, buy some groceries and you are all set to enjoy it all! The beach, the park, the pier, train, restaurants, shopping, coffee houses...you name it, are all a short stroll away. A free Trolley operates Wednesday through Sunday (May 30-Labor Day) from the downtown area to North Beach and the new San Clemente Outlets. One of the great things about San Clemente is its location half-way (approx. one hour drive) between San Diego and Los Angeles. Legoland is 30 min drive south and Disneyland is a 45 min. drive north. It's also a short drive to John Wayne Airport, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Dana Point Harbor and San Juan Capistrano are 10 minutes away! San Clemente hosts several festivals and events.
