Bob's bungalow was quiet and clean. We had everything we needed and felt like home. Communication with Bob was very easy. Would recommend this place.

We had a family gathering for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. It’s a very lovely property and we loved it. Bryan suggested a few restaurants we loved and some activities close by that made the trip interesting. We would come back again.

Great space very clean only tv’s in living room and backyard good area close to freeway in the middle of everything front door needs a little push to get in could not figure out how to get master bedroom shower to work

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

had a great time at janet’s place. the house was clean and perfect for the girls trip i was on. we did however keep hearing a beeping sound from being “too loud” so be mindful of that if you plan to stay here. other than that i have no complains!

Beautiful place with access to the pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs! Will definitely coming back next time I’m in town.

This home was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect, and the view was truly breathtaking. We spent hours relaxing on the swing, people-watching and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Paddleboarding right in front of the house was a highlight, and the nightly fireworks from SeaWorld added a magical touch to our evenings. The space was just right comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. From kitchen essentials to cozy touches, the home had it all. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Already booking my next stay. Thank you Bob

This home was beautiful. With our group, each person/couple had a story to themselves and it had games to do together. The area was clean and spacious. The only thing is some doors/windows in the first floor did not have curtains/coverings so just be mindful about it at night. But the neighborhood was nice and quiet, especially being so close to the freeway. Would highly recommend this home for a group trip!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Beautiful property and surroundings. Loved all of the plants and fruit trees around the property! The pool and hot tub were well kept and we had a blast! We were a big group, I loved how many lounge areas this property had. We never felt cramped or like we didn’t have space/chairs for everyone. Beds were super comfortable - way more comfortable than you usually expect at a rental. The host was super responsive and it seemed like they had thought of everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, and we felt that we were only 10-20 minutes away from everything we wanted. Everything was very clean, and my family had a great time. Even though the listing mentions no essentials, the host was able to provide us with more towels when we asked. We would stay here again!

This place was great!! Had a bachelor party with 12 dudes and everyone had a bed or cot to sleep on. Pool and hot tub were perfect and the landscaping was well done. The property in general felt pretty remote as well, which helps with privacy. Overall we were happy with the place and would recommend

The house is beautiful! The property is even better in person. The house is set up great has everything you need. The backyard is huge and beautiful. Great space to relax and spend most of your time. The host was very attentive and reached out everyday to see if we needed anything. Great property for a big group.

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

The property was gorgeous! Allen and his staff was very helpful and friendly. The checkin process was easy and stress free and our stay was everything we hoped for and more.

This home was perfect for our group of 7. Everything was in excellent shape and the home had everything we needed. John was a great host and very responsive to questions that we had. The outdoor space was great for the kids to play in the pool and was very private. There were also a good selection of pool floats and beach toys for kids. We will definitely look to rent this home again when we return.

We stayed at this wonderful home in San Diego for our daughter’s graduation from UCSD, and it was the perfect place for our extended family. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped—plenty of room for everyone to relax both indoors and outside. The pool area was a favorite for the whole family, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and gathering. It’s in a great location—just about 15 minutes from the UCSD campus and close to stores and amenities. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to other families or groups visiting the area!

The house is really clean and luxurious. There is a delicious home restaurant about 5 minutes away. We got lost and Suzzette responded and helped us find the house right away. The only downside is the road is very bumpy.

Sonia & Hugh are gems. I appreciated how accomodating they were to my requests and needs in particular to extending an extra day and Sonia and I even went to take a Zumba class together. The property is beautiful, well managed, clean and has all of the amenities needed. As a busy profrssional, it was a perfect reprieve to rest and gather myself. This location captures the local estate vibe of the neighborhood. It's an older house tucked away and it's a very quaint and quiet location.
