Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Mission Beach, San Diego

Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

Everything was great, so many amenities in the unit AND the facility. Our grandson REALLY loved the arcade (all free) on the first floor. We enjoyed the pools and spas. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. The BBQs were cleaned daily and spotless (like new) when used. We were in San Diego for baseball games at Petco which was right across the street! We will come again! Thank you Charles for making our annual family vacation 5 star!

I stayed here with my husband in December. Super cute place! Has kind of a mid-century feel to it and was very cozy It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to most of the shops and restaurants and South Park. Only about a 10 minute walk to Kindred and Buona Forchetta Neighborhood is nice and quiet, and there was plenty of street parking while we were there (which can be challenging in South Park so we were stoked) Bed was comfortable and they had extra blankets that we used since it was cold. We also used the electric charger for our EV, which was an awesome perk Overall, this Airbnb is cute and in a great location. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

It was the perfect stay! It doesn’t say directly on the beach but it’s steps away! I spent way more time in the area than I planned to because it was conveniently located to everything I needed to relax in a peaceful setting!

This was my first Airbnb stay. The place was so easy to find. The location was perfect, it was walkable to downtown and Balboa Park. The yard has high fences for added privacy. Jay had a recommendation book for local sights and restaurants we ate at a couple of the recommended places and they were all so good. The yard was gorgeous and Jay was kind and helpful. They had laundry machines on sight for us to use and beach chairs. Umbrella, and toys to use. This was such a wonderful trip, all the better by staying at this BnB. I hope I can reserve this location again next time ❤️❤️❤️

We had a lovely stay at Pineapple Haven and appreciated how helpful and accommodating Bobby was. The place was nicely decorated, kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to get going, beds were comfortable and the buildings facilities were impressive. One downside is that it’s extremely loud when the people in the apartment above are walking around which woke us up about 6am each morning. But this is beyond the hosts control so didn’t impact our rating.

Absolutely one of the most fun locations I’ve stayed at , will definitely tell anyone to stay there for parties or if you wanna get away with a group . The staff were awesome and always exceptional and friendly . Look forward to next time

James place was just like the pictures. It was nice and comfortable. There were some trash left on the rooftop, stains on the comforter and one of the drawers were quite dirty and sticky. I texted James and he had it cleaned and replace immediately. The location was perfect for us. James response to text was very fast. I would recommend this place to other people.

We stayed at Mohsen’s home to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and enjoy the weekend in SD. The home is easy to find in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The home was very clean upon arrival and easy to access. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking adventuresome meals and plenty of coffee and tea for the mornings. We had food delivered a couple times and there was no issue finding the property. We had one minor issue with the bathrooms upon arrival that Mohsen was quick to respond to, but in the end resolved itself. The back yard and pool area was perfect for family relaxing although we did not use the bar-b-q or fireplace. The location makes for easy access to the park and ocean, ocean restaurants and downtown with short drives to each.

Amir's place was absolutely perfect for our small family! The option of booking two connected units for larger groups is brilliant, offering great flexibility. What truly set this stay apart was how thoughtfully everything was prepared for a comfortable and convenient experience. We easily managed our laundry with the provided detergent. While the dishwasher was small, it was perfectly fine for cleaning up after each meal. Parking was surprisingly easy: we always found street parking within a maximum of 5 minutes, and it's good to know there are also dedicated parking spots accessible from the rear alley. Amir clearly poured his heart into building this home himself; you can feel it in the attention to detail, and everything is clearly explained. The backyard is lovely, and the jacuzzi (available for a fee) was wonderfully relaxing. He has a nice outdoor dining, bbq place, bar and a kitchen which he offers to guests depending on the booking.

Perfect set up for our family gathering. The place was so enjoyable and welcoming. We could have stayed in the whole time and cooked and played games and enjoyed the property and that was a mini staycation in and of itself. The hosts were very available and accommodating and even assisted us in retrieving some things we’d left behind. Above and beyond!😊

Sydney and Jack's home was the perfect place to celebrate a special family occasion. It is beautiful, clean and stocked with the right supplies. I had a letdown when I had to come home to my house :). They were so lovely to work with and were great communicators. We loved the location - especially for coffee and the beach!

The house was very spacious and well stocked with bathroom and kitchen accessories. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very quiet location perfect for a family. Walkable to some good spots in South Park, including coffee, Target, and a market. Great base for getting into downtown and exploring Balboa Park. Really appreciated the beach equipment too! Quick responses whenever we had issues.

Beautiful Home! My kids loved the Backyard along with all the games. My Man loved the Condiments & Kitchen He said You guys had the right equipments I loved the jacuzzi.

I wish I could give this amazing stay 10 stars. It was absolutely perfect! My husband and & I we're celebrating our wedding anniversary and the engagement of our daughter. Our host surprised us with a gift to get our celebration started which was such a sweet gesture and very much appreciated. ❤️ This home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked and so is every room in the house. The beds are super comfy so we slept like babies. The back patio is stunning and has an awesome hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet which made soaking in the hot tub very relaxing. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again when we are back in San Diego. 🤞

I had a fantastic stay at Gabe’s place! It was excellent value for money—clean, secure, and exactly as described. Gabe was a great host, and I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. Would happily stay again!

Absolutely beautiful and spacious place. Storage is amazing and having a double garage made it easy to get in and out. The elevator made unloading/loading the car much easier. Floor plan is very conducive to large groups. Balconies were great - could use an umbrella in hotter months as there’s no overhead cover. Definitely one of our favorite places to unwind and relax! We’ll be back!

Stayed 4 nights with my partner and toddler and what a great place and hosts! By far the friendliest and most accommodating. Natasha made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed before check-in. Stellar communication during our stay and very responsive. The extra toilet paper and paper towels left on the doorstep helped to spot the apt too! We really appreciated the flexibility with our reservation. Asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 4 and Natasha was glad to help. This saved hours in the airport but most notably my son was able to finish napping which set us up for success on the way home. This stay felt more like house sitting for family/friends than a typical Airbnb. Only issue was trying to come/go with a stroller...didn't see a ramp or entrance without stairs, probably just overlooked it. Neighborhood is very walkable w/ lots to explore. Our last stop was the farmers market which was excellent too! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

We had a great stay at Johnathan and Cindy's place. It felt like home for our almost two week stay. The kitchen was very well appointed with every cooking utensil you need, the bed very comfy, just everything you need. Our thoughtful hosts planned every detail, with little cute signs all over the appartment. We hope to be back, thank you for sharing your lovely place.

Our stay was smooth and peaceful without any issues. The apartment looked exactly as in the pictures. The host is very responsive and willing to help. I would definitely be staying again when we visit San Diego.

The condo was very functional and we appreciated the views of the water , sunsets and sunrises . Location could not be better - staring at the bay from the balcony and a short 200 yards walk across to the ocean with its beaches and walkable breaker wall path that goes for miles . Lots of local restaurants in area and a $20 Uber ride to the rest of the Burroughs . So many great places to see . We enjoyed the Hop on/off that provided great insights into the history of San Diego , California's first city . We travelled the One Day Coastal Road Trip listed on the website. Make sure you stop at "Oscars Mexican Seafood" taco shop ( take out) . Beautiful vistas at La Jolla shores and Torrey Pines . Spend the $15 to drive up to the top of Torrey Pines and start your hike, walking the 1.5 mile hill will ruin your life lol. Favorite restaurant was "Butchers Cut" in Gaslamp , had the couples night 32oz Tomahawk . So much to do , so little time . Thanks Mike for being a great host .

My family had a great time at Cardo’s place. The location was perfect for walking to the local coffee spots, shops and restaurants in the area. Communication was easy, the place was very clean, and it looked just like the photos. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if in the area!
