Holiday rentals with breakfast in Mission Bay, San Diego

Location. Location. Location. Did I mention "Location"? This unit is perfectly located just one block from Sunset Cliffs. We drove to nearby beach areas within minutes. AJ has thought of every amenity necessary to create a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Our only concern was the steep staircase and the elderly grandmother traveling with us. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Jonathan & Cindy’s house was just what our crew needed. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a bonus in San Diego for the price we got. Everything is remodeled. Beds were very comfortable. Personal bathrooms in 2 bedrooms and one bathroom shares with the other 2 bedrooms. Plenty of space for our group of 5.

Amazing stay and phenomenal location near Pacific Beach! Volans Realty were amazing hosts and always extremely quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. I would highly recommend this for any group looking to stay in San Diego.

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

We really liked Christina’s house, it was very big and roomy. Everything was exactly as described and looks exactly like the photos. Christina was very quick to reply to questions I had and really sweet too. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. The beds although foam were surprisingly very comfortable. And each room had a fam or a plug-in fan, which came in handy. Overall I’d definitely stay there again!!!

This little pacific beach cottage was great for our family of 7 winter get away. Bunk beds were perfect for the kiddos and nanny, and the bar + dining table + picnic tables in the back suited our crew perfectly. Location was easily accessible for everything we had on our itinerary (Coronado, Sea World, Belmont park, Gaslamp district, Balboa park, zoo, etc). And there's a Trader Joe's just down the road, which made getting groceries for the week super easy! Brenda was incredibly responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend for families that need a comfortable place to stay while exploring San Diego!

We had a great stay. We appreciated the ease of check in especially since we were not quite sure when we would arrive. It was nice to have an off street parking spot since parks of this area of town can get really full street parking but even if you needed to park on the street there was plenty of street parking options as well. We loved the location and proximity to good restaurants. The property felt safe and the walk felt safe to take with our young children. My husband and I lived in north park a decade ago and the vibe is definitely a little more unpredictable in certain areas than it used to be but this house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and had the nicest neighbors. Mohammad left great recommendations for if you are not familiar with the area (and even if you are!) Two things I’d note for informational purposes…1. It’s a shoe free house which was a little change for my young kids but manageable and 2) the backyard wasn’t really some place we’d hang if you need yard space.

Karl was amazing. This was my first long stay in a Airbnb and I felt like home. Place is awesome and Karl is even Better

We enjoyed the stay at Juan’s place! My kids enjoyed the pool, not to mention the beach was within walking distance! The place was just as described, and Juan was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Sean was a great host and enjoyed staying at his rental! Most importantly, our pup enjoyed the courtyard to explore and run around freely. Would definitely recommend giving Sean the opportunity to host you on your next trip.

Diana and her husband were excellent host. I enjoyed talking to both of them. The house was extremely quiet and peaceful. I appreciated having a bathroom in the room I stayed in.

This was a very cozy and cute bed and breakfast. Felt like a little slice of heaven and something from a few decades ago ( while having modern accoutrements). The room had an en suite whirlpool jacuzzi big enough to fit two, as did the shower which even had dual shower heads and controls for them. It was a very relaxing stay we had, and the neighborhood was quite walkable to explore for eating and shopping. The breakfasts were slightly on the lighter side, however the fresh home baked muffins were delicious as was the fresh cut fruit. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

An ideal bnb homestay! The private bedroom and bathroom were perfect and also immaculately clean. Deborah has created a beautiful, cozy, and personal home, and I felt immediately at ease. Deborah herself is also personable and warm, and her daily breakfast was 💯. It was a great location for visiting local friends, and it was easy to get an Uber/Lyft from her home to anywhere in the city. Wifi worked well for for work and for Zoom. I was typically out all day but looked forward to returning to Deborah's home at night for peace and quiet. Thanks, Deborah!

Loved everything about my stay there. Room was spacious with a loft, which my son enjoyed. Marty even left some epson salt for the jacuzzi bathtub. Marty was very responsive, friendly, kind, and most helpful. She offered to make us pancakes on our last day but too bad my son doesn’t care for pancakes 😅. We’ll definitely return in the future!

Marty was a great host and went above and beyond to help. She helped me print and scan in some work documents to get notarized. Marty lives on premise so if you have any issue, you can easily holler or message and get it worked out in minutes. Understand that the place is shared by other guests which may have partners with them so you are sharing a bathroom with potentially 4 people in the mornings. Bathroom etiquette follows college dorm rules where you bring toiletries in and out each time. The front door and each bedroom door has its own passcode lock. The parking on the street was not always immediately available directly by the house, so you park down 3 or so houses and walk. The neighborhood is very residential, not laden with restaurants in walking distance so I fared well with a rental car.

We had a lovely stay, Ann was a great host! The bed was comfortable with very soft sheets and our room had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Margo was so sweet and welcoming!! It was right in the perfect area for the best restraints, zoo, safari and sea world! Everything was so close and she had the cutest dog and tortoise! Would highly recommend!!

The hosts are very friendly and respond to inquires very quickly. Lovely place 😊
