Katia e Luca sono persone splendide, host super disponibili e gentili, precisi nelle indicazioni. È stato un piacere soggiornare nel loro appartamento, in cui vi era tutto il necessario per passare un ottima vacanza! I consigli degli host su dove mangiare e cosa vedere nella zona sono stati da noi molto apprezzati. Zona ottima, letteralmente a due passi dal lungomare. Sicuramente torneremo

Appartamento grande e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Per noi è stato il primo viaggio con Letizia e abbiamo scelto questo appartamento proprio per l'attenzione ai piccoli. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, mare e passeggiata serale con gelato 😉. Andrea è stato impeccabile. Pur non potendo riceverci di persona, ci ha supporto telefonicamente ed è sempre stato reperibile e molto disponibile. Alla prossima 😊

Ottima esperienza. L’appartamento di Antonello è un piccolo appartamento a due passi dal mare. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla e rilassante. L’appartamento era perfetto e confortevole. Consiglio a chiunque di affidarsi a lui. Host super reattivo e amichevole. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia farsi una vacanza libera da ogni pensiero

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis was ruim (wel gehorig) en alle nodige voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Filippo was altijd te bereiken bij vragen. Locatie was ook top met onze 3 jarige dochter, dichtbij het strand en alle restaurants op loopafstand. Al was de keuken ook ruim voorzien van keukengerei dus hebben ook geregeld zelf in de keuken gestaan. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in occasione di un torneo di beach volley. Eravamo in 6, la casa rispetta la descrizione ed è comoda con una terrazza esterna veramente carina. l'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliata.

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in einer neu renovierten, wunderschönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch äusserst gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was perfekt für Strandliebhaber ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen oder Anliegen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen an Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine perfekte Lage zum Strand!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We truly love it. Thank you so much for making our holiday in Rimini very memorable. We definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Rimini ! Grazie mile !

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Wir waren mit 3 Männern am 05.09.24 zum MotoGP angereist. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, Marcella hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Alles was der Mensch so braucht war in guten Zustand vorhanden. Vom Balkon blickt man auf Strand und Meer. Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Rennstrecke ist 2 Km entfernt. Am 10.09.24 sind wir abgereist , Schlüssel auf den Tisch und fertig.

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Abbiamo trascorso 9 notti nell'appartamento di Roberto situato in una posizione ideale, a pochi passi dal mare e nel cuore di Misano Adriatico. Roberto si è dimostrato un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e pronto ad assistere, oltre a essere flessibile e gentile. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole; una piacevole sorpresa è stata trovare la lavatrice, non menzionata nella descrizione. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, ben areati e freschi, rendendo il nostro soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Senza dubbio, questa è stata la mia migliore esperienza su Airbnb finora. Top

Eravamo a Rimini 4 giorni per lavoro, l accoglienza e la disponibilità di Roberta hanno permesso a me ed i miei collaboratori di passare 4 giorni intensi ed impegnativi nel pieno comfort, ed il parcheggio privato importantissimo per noi che avevamo il furgone carico di articoli destinati alla vendita…. Patrizia e Andrea ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivo dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie e rendendosi disponibili in caso di bisogno. La casa è confortevole ed accogliente. Le descrizioni rispecchiano la realtà. Giusto un feedback (legato da un gusto personale) il letto della camera matrimoniale è un po’ molle. In generale consigliato.

We stayed at Michela's place for a week. Easy to walk to the various beaches and about a 10 minute walk into the pretty town centre. The flat has everything you would need. comfortable bed, lots of storage and equipped kitchen. Nice to have two balconies to sit outside. Good Wifi. Nice neighbours too. Just around the corner is a fish restaurant which is part of a fisherman's cooperative called PesceAzzurro. We ate there a few times. They do a great deal on a selection of courses at a fixed price which is enough to share between two. Fun experience. Good Pizza at Dumo on the front with amazing ice cream next door at Gelateria Carapina - 10/10! We had coffee every morning with the locals at Bon Bon Cafe. We had a great week during the off season.

Vi var super glade for at bo i denne lejlighed, ligger tæt på vandet, restauranter, og banegård og den gamle bydel, alt i gå afstand . Det eneste var lidt støj om natten , måske fra vaskemaskiner fra de tilstødende lejligheder. Men vi var ellers meget glade for at bo her, især var det store terrasse skøn.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

Une maison incroyable face à la mer. La plage en bas! Aucun danger, facile avec des enfants. Une belle terrasse et un beau jardin. C’est vraiment un environnement sympa. Attention pour ceux qui veulent dormir… un peu bruyant (bar et musique jusqu’à tard le soir mais c’est le prix à payer pour avoir une si belle maison ) prévoir des boules quies, ce que nous avions anticipé ! Idem le matin il y a le bruit de ceux qui nettoient la plage. Mis à part cela, super accueil de Fabrizio et très belle station balnéaire avec de bons restaurants. Un endroit unique ! Je recommande et espère revenir un jour !
