Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Palamu sits on a small hill overlooking our coconut groves. It's designed as an extension of the plantation. A thatched roof, mud walls, tall coconut pillars. 2 bedrooms flank the living area & open kitchen & are fitted with king size beds & ensuite bathroom. Open air rain-showers are an experience in themselves esp. at dusk with a brilliant sunset, swaying coco trees and cool running water after a hot day. We do not have air-conditioning.

The Blue Peacock Beach House is a lovely Sri-Lankan style beachfront Property with private swimming pool located right on the beach at Hikkaduwa, just 1 km south of Hikkaduwa-center. The completely renovated private beach house is an ideal base for families or groups of friends to explore the beautiful area which is perfect for diving, snorkeling, surfing, nature watching or enjoying the beach in the Sri Lankan sunshine. The self-catered house sleeps 6, in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.

Built in 1956 as it says on the entrance flagstone, Dragon-Fly house is very spacious and peaceful. It is the ideal place for celebrating an event, or practicing Yoga. With a large verandah and open spaces in most rooms, there are places for private meditation and group therapy. Large kitchen for cooking There is one other room with a king sized bed and outdoor shower. It is set apart from the main house, and I normally use it, but if you need it, please let me know and we can discuss

Furnishings were either made to order or from our private collection. Soak up the tranquility of nature whilst being just a 5 min walk to the Indian Ocean and some of Sri Lanka’s famed beaches and surf spots, including Kabalana beach. Our philosophy is simple: To provide a private and restful space while sharing our love of design and nature.

This property is our ancestral home constructed before the World War 2 . Situated in a large coconut plantation 3 bedroom home, surrounded by green natural landscape . Eco friendly atmosphere and the house is powered by Solar PV and Solar hot water is provided all showers in toilets. A shared infinity fresh water pool only for the use of the 2 properties within same the compound. Driver’s bed space can be arranged at a nearby location on prior request and charged separately.

The atmosphere of Serenity House is as the name implies: calm and peaceful. A 4-bedroom villa, where guests can enjoy the spacious house, garden and pool privately. With paddy field views, you will have nature right on your doorstep. Although the neighbourhood of Serenity House is quiet, there are lots of activities in the surrounding area. The Villa is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest swimming beach and Unawatuna beach, Galle is about 15 minutes away by Tuk Tuk.

Wathsudda is one of three self catering bungalows at D Canal House . The bungalow is air conditioned and consist of a double bedroom, a very spacious bathroom , walk in wardrobe , a kitchenette and has two verandas leading to a private garden. It is also air conditioned .D Canal House is an ideal place to switch off from the outside world and re connect with nature through the sound of flowing water coming from the stream and ponds of the tropical gardens.
