apartment is very Peaceful and sea beach very near also shopping centre you can walk by yourself . garden very clean and beautiful. our family spend very nice time together at the apartment. Specially with papa everything is best There was a lake just next to the garden. Highly recommend. we will come back again soon.

My partner and I loved our stay at Thilanga’s place, very friendly and kind family. The room was spotless clean, has a beautiful patio area with so much pretty garden and palm tree’s. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Highly recommend to stay here, will definitely come back one day.

The Apartment is really nice. Especially because it is located directly next to a beautiful beach. As a guest there are also two daybeds at the beach that can be used for free. The apartment has a big terrace with nice views towards the beach, on which we enjoyed our breakfast and playing card games in the evening. The host was also really nice and he provided us with very useful advice for local restaurants, attractions etc. All in all we had a very nice time at this place.

Beautiful and peaceful. Very friendly staff. Close to the beaches and only 15 minutes by car to Galle city. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. Every time we come to Galle this is where we will stay. We not only enjoy this host we have stayed with this host multiple times and we have only positive things to say. We look forward every time to checking in that we arrive and have a wonderful time. We cannot stress enough how beautiful the property is and how responsive the hosts are to provide anything for the guests.

We stayed at Sajeewa’s home for three weeks and could not recommend it enough. It’s spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped to cook meals and save money on eating out. The gardens around the house are lush and invite lots of birds for watching in the early mornings. The balcony is such a highlight, it’s serene and peaceful, you could spend hours there chatting, working or simply staring into nature. Sajeewa and his family are so hospitable and very easy to communicate with, they made our stay feel very homely. Local shops are within walking distance and Weligama beach is a 20 minute walk at best. We would definitely stay with Sajeewa again if we’re back in Weligama.

We had a great stay at Nadun’s Airbnb. Communication with Nadun was seamless, and he was always available to assist with any queries. The accommodation is located on the upper floor, while Nadun and his family reside downstairs, ensuring both privacy and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are equipped with fully functional air conditioning, making the stay comfortable. The kitchen has all the essentials needed for cooking, and the entire place is well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the restaurant next door serves delicious and affordable food, which was a great convenience. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Great hosts, available, we had three bedrooms on the top floors with a view of the ocean. Kitchen available. We were able to leave our board bags and laundry for a few days to go for a walk in the north. Recommended!

Wow, what an amazing stay! The suite was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfect for our big family. The pool was sparkling clean, and the balcony views of the ocean were breathtaking. Having a private beach and surfing school nearby was such a bonus! Manoj, the host, was super helpful and always available, making everything easy for us. The quieter side of Weligama beach was lovely, but it’s just a quick ride to Mirissa or the main area if you want more action. Highly recommend this place for a relaxed family getaway!

So, you’re obviously looking for accommodation in south-west Sri Lanka – well don’t look any further than Sailor’s Bay. From the minute you enter this paradise, you will be welcomed and charmed by Dilan and his family. The environment is gorgeous – any stress totally disappears. Nothing is too much trouble. They are engaging, and genuinely go out of their way to ensure that every second of your stay is a second to remember. Our family (13 – 3 generations – ages 2 – 74) was continually astounded by their willingness to do the best by us . It was a sad time when we left, but happy in the knowledge that we will return. So, take my word for it – Sailor’s Bay will not disappoint even the most pedantic traveler.

I stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks during my hospital internship and have been very happy with the location, cleanliness and value for money. Chandra and her husband are hospitable, quiet landlords who were easy to reach at any time. I felt very safe here. This apartment is suitable for short and long stays in Galle. The city center and Unawatuna can be reached quickly by bus and for the hospital in Karapitiya I took a tuktuk every day for the equivalent of €1.50. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk and perfect for swimming and surfing beginners. I'd come back.

We stayed four days in the condo and it was wonderful. For starters, Valentine offered to rent a motorbike for a very affordable price, and by the time we arrived, we had it available. Communication, perfect. He was very kind and responsive to any requests. The place, very clean and cared for. Despite not being on the front line, it was very well located. It's exactly like the photographs! Definitely highly recommended.

This was our first trip to Sri Lanka, and it was truly unforgettable! Nipuni was an incredibly kind and friendly host. She was always quick to reply and shared helpful recommendations. We were lucky to have a wonderful family dinner with Nipuni and her mom , they you cooked an amazing local dishes for us, and we had such a great time together. OMG we love her crepes!!! It was by far the best stay we’ve had in Sri Lanka — a whole floor of the house with a private entrance and terrace, clean and cozy rooms with air conditioning (a rare find in Sri Lanka ), comfy beds, a great kitchen, and a perfect quiet location away from the road noise. I highly recommend staying here, and I would love to come back again!

Communication with Dakshan was smooth and supportive from start to finish - he was very helpful, always quick to respond, and offered great assistance whenever we had questions or needed guidance. The apartment itself was in top-notch condition, featuring powerful air conditioning, fast internet, and a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. The spacious layout and separate showers in each room gave everyone plenty of privacy and comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the modern yet cosy feel instantly made us feel at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d gladly stay here again.

A large manor with a very unique and beautiful environment. There are coconut groves, mango trees, and starfruit trees... The location is also very good. It's right next to the beach. The service is very welcoming. It feels like home. It's also very personalized. Because we came back late from whale watching, they gave us a house to check out late. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to stay at the hotel and enjoy such a beautiful environment. I highly recommend it.

At first, Google Maps gave me a hard way, so I wandered around a bit, but I felt better when I saw the place in such a great space. It was a little far from Hikadu and Main Beach, but it was good to go to Tuk Tuk, and it was a place where you could feel the very nice forest path and the beach at the same time. Very friendly family, welcome coconut juice and milk tea, and a bit of snacks we felt Sri Lanka's kindness and kindness again. It was a trip to stop by, so I only stayed one day, but it was a good thing that it was so comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time! The place is absolutely amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The beach is really close by and easily accessible. The property and its amenities are fantastic. We even spent an entire day in the apartment because it felt so comfortable and the balcony is just amazing, we felt like being at home. If I visit Sri Lanka again, this place would definitely be my go-to. I’m confident everyone will enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony and the stunning sunsets from the rooftop. Loved it!

Patrick is a great host who will help you with everything. He arranged a transfer for us to a villa, chose the best room for our needs and help with every query we had. He's always around when you need him and respects your privacy at the same time. The place is amazing for digital nomads (or people who would like to come here just to rest). Great wi-fi speed on every floor and at every place. We didn't need to be afraid of power cuts because of the generator which worked perfectly. The villa has an amazing view of the lake with a lot of palm trees with monkeys just next to you. Very nice pool which you can use 24/7 with fancy lights when it's dark. You can order tasty food at a very good price, which will be delivered to your laptop or to a place where you're chilling. Very good coffee (important especially for developers). The villa is away from the main road but at the same time just a 5-10 min bike/tuk-tuk ride from the market/wine store/atm. You would have 10 min walk to a beautiful beach where you can buy coconuts or pineapples. Surf rental is just a few steps from there. People here are friendly and helpful. Sunil (who helps Patrick) can arrange a bike rental or anything you would need. Just come to experience it!

I with my friends stayed here and we really enjoyed our time there! The place is lovely and 100% matches photo, Location is also very good - there're beach, cafes and big grocery store are in 15-minute walk. Kelani and Shantha were very welcoming and supportive in everything! Highly recommend this place, would love to revisit it!
