All quiet in the lodging with Márcia. She is very kind.The apartment is well located and everything was clean.

Everything is great, only the bathroom that did not have toilet paper and the lid of the leak was broken. The garage is hard to get out. The rest are all perfect.

The AP is very airy and cool. i found it spacious and I really enjoyed staying there. i was apprehensive about not having an air conditioner, but in nothing he missed. The temperature in the apartment was very cool. i also liked the street, very close to the center and at the same time silent and quiet. marcelo is also very accessible and our communication was very good. sure, if I go back to Ubá I will look for this place to stay again.

I was in Ubá/MG with my husband and our dog to attend the Lauana Prado show on 05/30. I booked this flat precisely because it accepts pets, since we had no way to leave our puppy in our city and we wanted to ensure a good accommodation for him while we were at the event. When we arrived around 4 pm, the host informed us with great politeness and empathy that the previous guest needed to extend their stay for health reasons. Even without another flat available, he promptly resolved the situation: he made a reservation for us at the Ubaense Plaza Hotel, paid the difference in the daily rate and also the extra fee for our pet. We were very well received, with comfort, breakfast, garage and total tranquility. The host was extremely polite, helpful and hospitable. I was very pleased with the attention and responsibility. When I'm in Ubá again, I'll definitely stay with him and recommend him to friends and family. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

From the initial contact through the site to our departure, Maria Celeste always and promptly we answered, providing all information, clarifying questions and us indicating restaurant options, breakfast, parties that take place annually in Miraí. Anyway, an excellent host! As for the property, do not use the leisure space because of our fault, since we went to a wedding, we arrived on the hour and the next day, we practically fixed our things, the property and left. But it is a very welcoming environment (like the rest of the property), with a unique decor (the decoration of the bedroom suite with bathtub, is simply divine!), with barbecue, a small pool to cool off (it's not a swimming pool, but rather, to cool off and I think you should cater well. It is a pity that does not work time...), table with chairs, refrigerator, sofa, bathroom and a beautiful and picturesque sauna. The kitchen is also super functional and equipped, not to mention the decor of the environment, very beautiful!
