A three-story townhouse with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two terraces, parking, and a spacious living room: -Perfect for 6 people. Community pool and large common area. Beach 5 minutes walk, very close to the supermarket and restaurants. All with air conditioning. There are 2 terraces and a patio with direct sunlight. The largest terrace of 25 m2 overlooks the common area and you can rest while watching the children in the pool. The other terrace is in the penthouse and gives you another more solitary atmosphere. Supermarket and restaurants are very close. Very quiet for families or relaxation. On foot you have everything you need, to go to Denia by car is better. Adult pool, children's pool, community garden, children's playground. I try to help them in every possible way. They just have to ask and it will be a pleasure to lend a hand.

Townhouse with porch and community pool at the foot of the Sierra de Segaria in a village in the interior of the Denia area. 10 minutes by car from the best beaches in Denia, 15 minutes from the coves of Jávea and 5 minutes from the shopping mall. It has a quiet porch and is far from the pool to avoid noise. For peace of mind, avoid going to a crowded development with neighbors above and below.

We really liked the comfort and accessibility, the sea views and the direct access to the beach. The apartment is very comfortable, with a fairly large terrace. We extended for one more night, as we were very comfortable. The host was very attentive during the stay, and also offered us very clear instructions for the arrival.

Anke's place is clean, convenient, well-located in a quiet cul-de-sac and has lovely views of a peaceful neighborhood. Access is easy and Anke makes herself available to chat and advise. We appreciated the fact that there are 2 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. We spent a week in the apartment while traveling for work and this place was perfect for that purpose. We sincerely thank Anke (and her parents!)

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

What a paradise! In combination with the hospitable and helpful Patricia and Andrew, this is a perfect and luxurious location to discover this part of Spain, but also in the residence it is wonderful to stay and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Montgo mountain!
