Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mira beach

We loved our stay at Graça’s. She was very kind, gave us restaurant recommendations, and even booked our reservation for lunch. After spending the last several days in a busier city, we really enjoyed the slower pace Lousa had to offer. The location was perfect- we could easily walk into town or take a walking path to the castle nearby. We also hiked to a beautiful Schist Village (Talasnal) which was about 2.5 miles from the house. The kitchen was perfect and we really enjoyed eating our breakfast on the patio both mornings. We’d highly recommend staying here. Obrigada, Graça.

Sandrina is very kind. The place is quiet. There is everything you need. We visited Aveiro and Coimbra.

The accommodation is as described. We were attended by Graça,very friendly and was perfectly understood as we did not speak the same language. The location is quiet and highly recommended for people with a pet. We'll be back for sure.

What a lovely stay! We immediately had to take our own photos to show the family. The property is very well presented, and we were provided with fresh fruit and eggs on arrival. We also had access to the private garden (more like a forest), which led down to the river. An unexpected surprise! We recommend to anyone looking at this listing!

We arrived and in felt like home. My daughter's loved the special cake that Marta left for us upon arrival. The house is well equipped with everything you need and more. The bathtub was a favorite, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and people watch. The beach is only steps away, along with places to grab a snack. We used the bikes for a fun ride and my daughter loved the game room area to read and do crafts. Something for everyone in a picture perfect location. The entire home was impeccable. Thank you Marta for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

The house was exactly like the photographs. From the moment of booking to check-out, D. Adelaide was an excellent host, always available and attentive. The amenities were very comfortable and every corner of the house surprised us with positive details, thought out in detail to ensure the well-being and comfort of all. The reception by D. Gloria was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the welcome cake... was simply divine! Without a doubt, an experience to repeat.

Michele went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this spot enough. We really needed rest and relaxation and couldn’t have found a more peaceful location. We were sad to leave. Michele is a wonderful, kind and caring human being, and we were so fortunate to have met her.

We had a great time with the family at Joao's home. Joao is a very friendly and attentive host. We all really enjoyed the lush garden with its lemon trees and orange trees, while being flowered in every nook and cranny. We all felt a real disconnection when staying at Joao's place. The bedding is excellent and the house has a soul with its decoration and childhood smells. A beautiful beach is 8 min from the house by car and all amenities are 5 mins away. Finally, as you can see, a family stay that we will have a great memory of.

It is a very quiet town at least on the date we have gone ,in summer I think it is full since the beach is beautiful ,the people are very hospitable and without knowing Portuguese we understood each other phenomenal , we will return in summer that we surely had a great time

The apartment is exactly as the photos show, if not better. Fantastic location on the pedestrian mall with lots of activity. So good to have a lift. It was a pleasure to have the view over the mall and watch the activities below. The apt was spotlessly clean. If I were ever to go back to Coimbra I would definitely stay here again

We felt very comfortable in the two-room apartment. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and washing machine! Here you can endure it longer, the amenities correspond to more of a private home than a holiday apartment. The shower is great, unfortunately there is no ventilation in the pipe system, but that hardly disturbs it. The fireplace in the living room is especially great. Rodrigo's apartment is on the third floor, so it is quiet. The balcony is nice and sunny and you can hang laundry here. Parking spaces were sufficiently available, and all the best: Mega beach is just a few steps away.

Very nice accommodation with a view to a he channel. We appreciated the opportunity to walk around, find everything close and being central. We also did a nice boat trip, just starting 2 steps away from the apartment. Highly recommended

Very well designed, modern, completely equipped apartment. Quiet and peaceful and private it felt very secure. Location is strategically central to the historic center of Aveiro. Walking distance to all points of interest. We were lucky to find this apt. We will return !

Romeu’s place was clean and tidy and located in a great location - near many great bars and restaurants. He was very helpful and responsive, and we had an amazing stay! Would love to come back again!

Even though it is listed as being in Figueira da Foz, it is actually in the neighbourhood of Buarcos. Much better. More authentic. You are steps away from the beach. Daniel and Elisabete are a nice, hardworking couple. Very friendly. The place is perfect, quiet and in the old part of town. You are within the old remparts. Nice walks and beach strolls all around. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away. The terrace is beautiful. Big plus. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent! A very good place to spend a vacation. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed to spend a few weeks on vacation. The view we have of the ocean is wonderful. Mr. António is very attentive. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location for a solo traveler, staying just one night in Coimbra. what I loved was how walkable the apartment was to everything, from the city center to the gardens to the university. And then all of the river walk being so accessible and close was a huge bonus. I really enjoyed my overnight here and found the apartment to have what I needed. Eduardo and Manuela were responsive and helpful!

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.

Everything pretty clean and comfortable Lacks some cooking materials, but for a few days stay is more than enough

We absolutely loved it! Beautiful house with a beautiful view of the area. Greet is a great host. Very kind and helpful. We had a problem with our car and got to walk to a beautiful spot just outside the village and the near by mechanic fixed it super fast. A great place to stay and go out to the different beauty spots around. Highly recommended.
