Holiday rentals with a kayak in Minnesota River

Thank you for a charming and comfortable place to stay. We stayed for a month. Lots of fun places to go nearby. Great sunsets! Cute little place with everything we needed. Felt very homey, very quiet, nice lake location. Safe. Neighbors yards are really messy but that didn't bother us. Host was really nice.

It was a great place to stay! The living area was perfect for our group to hang out, talk, and play games together! The location was beautiful and the house had everything we needed for an excellent weekend together!

This place was the perfect getaway for a group of us! It was peaceful, refreshing, and the view of the lake every morning was breathtaking. The neighbors were closer than expected, but it didn't bother us that much. Would def stay again.

Beautiful, well equipped and clean home. Felt right at home and had more amenities than I could have hoped for, esp the kitchen dishes, supplies and appliances.

We had the most magical stay at this home! The house itself was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, cozy, and everything we could have hoped for to make our holiday perfect. The hosts went above and beyond to make it feel like Christmas. They even left personalized stockings for our kids filled with thoughtful little gifts, which absolutely delighted them! The house was appropriately sized for our group of several adults and children. The weather cooperated so we were able to socialize on the patio and use the fire pit by the lake in the evening. The kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake as well. Would definitely look to stay here again if the need to accommodate a good sized group comes up again. Thanks

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and we absolutely loved our time spent at the cabin. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Again my husband commented on how well he sleeps on the mattress in the main bedroom. Kara was responsive and helpful. We ate our anniversary dinner at Jack n Jim's Food and Liquor in Dueln/Foley. It was so delicious and we will definitely go there again. We always enjoy the Palmer House Bar and Grill and they never disappoint. We hope to book a time to go to the cabin in the summer and fall. My family of 7 had a great experience staying here. There was enough space for everyone to sleep and just hangout around the house. Alena was able to get us an earlier check-in time and was always quick to reply to any questions I had. We will definitely come back to the house the next time we are in the area!

We had a fantastic stay at the Lake Andrew cottages! Everything from the host meeting us at the door to walk through and give a step by step of the property, to enjoying a kayak ride at sunset, this place was one of the best! It was easy to communicate with the management for check in and I appreciated how welcome we felt. The cottage was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed! The area is beautiful and we will definitely be back again in the future!

Beautiful older home on the lake. Tastefully decorated - lots of charming details. Really enjoyed the porch room facing the lake. Nice space to relax, read a book or have a drink!

We stayed for an extended Super Bowl/birthday weekend and had a great time. Super responsive to messages when there was a very small issue and checked in multiple times to make sure all was well. We would love to go back in summer. Very efficient space for a large group and the new hot tub was a hit with everyone in our party. Thank you!

We had a great time at Rayn's place and her and Wayne were there to greet us and show us around. I loved the fantastic view and I think her place is decorated in such a unique and eclectic way, always something fun to look at. Even before we got there she was giving us ideas on things to do for the weekend, and even more suggestions for places to eat/shop when we got there. And of course the kayaking was exactly what we were hoping to do. We felt right at home and have everything available to use to make it a great stay. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was great! Beautiful and spacious kitchen area/living room. Clean rooms and all with a “homey” feel, the only thing was that the water had a smell to it. Other than that everything else was fun especially the lake.

Very cute interior; lots of extra supplies in case we forgot anything. Loved the bathroom!! Quiet; beds were comfortable & nice to have 2 TV’s as my husband & I have different tastes. The only tiny negative is the yard - not really any grassy area for our little dog, but she didn’t mind walking down the block.

Travis was a responsive and helpful host. The lake that the house sits on is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return to Beth’s cabin. It’s hard to believe such an incredible lake experience is just about an hour from the Twin Cities. The cabin, while cozy and charming, had everything we needed. The backyard setup offered a stunning view of the lake and made for the perfect evening meals and hot tubbing. Just a small note for future guests: if privacy is a top priority, it’s good to know that one bedroom has a curtain and the other has a sliding barn-style door. It didn’t affect our stay, but something to keep in mind depending on your group.

I don't know where to start, but lets start with the host one of the best host we had ever the place is beautiful and private my kids had fun the fishing the kayaking every thing perfect 👌 an accident happened but Jason took care of it and made us feel better we will be definitely be coming back! get this place you won't regret it !!

Warren was attentive and helpful. The cabin is quaint and comfortable. Very happy dogs were allowed without massive fees like many other places. Rustic is a good description as it has some updates but definitely in the older side but still very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

The cabin was in a great location, just outside of the Twin Cities. All necessary kitchen items were provided and the cabin has a dock and campfire ring that we enjoyed greatly. There are lots of small fish off the dock and our daughter had a great time catching them with her little fishing rod. The neighbors were very friendly and the lake wasn't overly busy. The boat launch is a ten minute drive. If bringing a boat or a larger group with multiple vehicles, be aware there is space to park two vehicles so plan ahead or communicate with the host to see if you're able to use the parking across the way. They were great to volunteer it for us, but not sure if it's always available. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again! The cabin has been completely renovated and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for a great weekend!

Jenna was a wonderful host! The neighbors are extremely friendly. We cannot wait to return for another relaxing weekend. The lake is fantastic for fishing! We caught so many fish we lost track of the amount.

I could not have wished for a better place for my first visit to Minnesota. Immediately upon arriving, the cabin felt so welcoming. Luxurious but in a super comfortable way. I also loved the well equipped kitchen for cooking on nights in. The view of the lake was just so stunning.

We had a lovely stay. It was nice to get early checkin and checkout was really easy (no extensive cleaning, etc.) kitchen had everything we needed.
