Great stay at Stephane's place. Stephane is a responsive and pleasant host, at the right distance . The accommodation has a major advantage in its location: both close to shops (without being in the noise of the city) and very close to the beach . Everything is possible on foot. Sunset every night 🙂 from the beach or apartment. The garage is very convenient and accessible to park bikes and store boards or beach stuff. Very pretty interior decor, large rooms with a view , and super equipped kitchen is very nice! We would recommend it without hesitation .

The accommodation is very well located and very functional. Nearby there is the beach,restaurants. Shops are very nearby as well as other interests. The hotel is very nice and responsive.

The accommodation is placed in a strategic location to do everything on foot during the stay and it is very appreciable. the instructions for the accommodation and the equipment are numerous and clear. Sylvie's apartment is ideally located in the resort of Mimizan Plage with an ocean view that you can't get enough of! It is ideal for 2 people and very well located, quiet. Sylvie is very friendly, welcoming, and caring. We had a great week.

Here, every object has a reason for being. No superfluous, but a studied serenity. An omnipresent nature: a constant view of the park (canopy), wooden shelves, soft textiles, plants, books, pretty dishes. It's as if the space has been designed to let the spirit breathe. Everything is impeccably clean, and the modern and equipped kitchen invites you to gourmet and convivial moments. This cocoon bathed in light is ideally located: a stone's throw from the sea, shops, all amenities and even has a parking space. Laura embodies the warmth of this place: sunny, friendly, attentive and full of good advice. Thank you so much for making this stay so sweet and serene on the Landes coast! :)

Ludovic's apartment is very nice, very well located a stone's throw from the beach. Large secure garage where you can park car and bikes. Go there without so much as a second thought!!!

We had a very nice week's vacation at this place which is really very nice and well located. We have almost not used the car, everything is within walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, small shops, beach...). The agency is very responsive if needed. She very kindly facilitated my arrival and departure. Their recommendations were very useful to me Martine is also very responsive and caring All information and points of interest are available I will come back with great pleasure 😀

Everything was as described. Pascaline got in touch right away and offered her help with any problems. Very friendly and attentive. The place is so close to the sea that the surf sounds are almost scary during a storm. Now in October otherwise absolutely quiet place. Surfers dominate!

Great apartment at the foot of the dune, beautiful view, beautiful services (special mention for the Jacuzzi in winter!) we loved it with the family to spend the new year

This 3 bedroom cottage is actually the bottom floor of a bigger house and there was someone occupying the top floor but the space felt very private. Its so tastefully decorated and they have truly thought of everything. Boardgames in the closet! Beach basket and sun hats in the foyer! Books galore! Bicycles! (Too bad we didn’t realize there were bikes until after we had already rented some!) It was wonderful and we enjoyed the hot tub. Its super close to everything in the village. The only thing I would suggest is to have a broom on hand to sweep out the sand you will inevitably bring back from the beach! Super comfortable and adorable! Definitely recommend!!!

We had a very nice reception, in the fridge and in the pantry there were some delicious "first supply stuff" - we arrived on Sunday morning - and really didn't have to go hungry. The house is beautiful, everything very modern and spacious. We received immediate answers to our questions and felt very well taken care of. The house is located in a well-maintained new neighborhood in Bias, 7 km from the beach. There are very nicely landscaped, shady parking spaces on the beach. The beach is super beautiful, only sand and it's miles long. The Atlantic is wild and there are dangerous currents that can quickly pull you out into the sea. You can't swim, but it's a lot of fun to dive through the high waves. From July onwards, you will be guarded by the "life-guards", so that swimming is really safe. The next largest town is Mimizan (there is also a bakery) with all shopping facilities, beach promenade, tourist information, etc. There are several lakes nearby, where you can sail, canoe, or swim. The location is also suitable as a starting point for day trips to Bordeaux or Biarritz. There are plenty of brochures about excursion destinations in the area. My favorite was the highest (or longest) sand dune in Europe. Really very impressive! We had a super nice vacation!!! Thank you!

We had a very pleasant night, Fabrice gave us a very good welcome with advice and explanations about the surroundings. The accommodation is quiet even if it is close to the road and the hot tub is a real plus in the accommodation. Great for a relaxing time!

A big thank you to Paule and Christian for their welcome and their home! They are exceptionally kind hosts, friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, the house is very spacious and with lots of charm, well equipped for children/babies, very clean and the exteriors are very welcoming. The pool, hot tub, sunbeds, and shared outdoor activities are really a big plus. The house is not even 30 minutes from the beach (Mimizan) and 1 hour from Arcachon. We'll be happy to come back and see its great hosts again.
