Great stay. I would stay here again but I hope the building manager (not the host) fix the common areas and get rid of that old smoke smell in the hall. Fortunately the smell does not linger beyond that point. I really enjoyed my stay and the views in area is phenomenal.

I had a wonderful stay during my conference! The location is within walking distance of the city center, in a calm and safe neighborhood. Everything was new, modern, and very clean. I really enjoyed my time here!

The apartment is very good, big enough for 4 people and is super equipped! Have everything you may need. The location also is very good, close to some bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We felt safe and comfortable. We would stay there again! Super recommend!

This place was nice! Only issue was there was a lot of spiders popping out! Other than that it was clean and nice.

Super close to what we needed and actually very cozy felt like a home away from home and the stairs was the only thing I didn’t expect but was very nice up high view

Me and my bridesmaids stayed here the night before my wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect view to wake up to and the house fit us all perfectly. Hilary was extremely flexible and kind when helping me book. Will definitely be back!!

This place is a great find! Very comfortable for a large group, with many spacious bedrooms and big living areas. Great location in a nice neighborhood of old homes and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Check-in was easy and the host was super responsive and helpful. This was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip and would definitely stay here again.

We picked this home because of the location. It’s very close to the Oakleaf Trail and Lake Michigan. We loved everything about this stay. The hosts were wonderful. The location is convenient. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you for a great day!

This house really delivered. Being lakeside was such a treat and the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden and lake created a wow factor every time we walked into the living area. It was well furnished and equipped with all the kitchen amenities you want in a private home. Loved it.

it's a beautiful property right on the water. it's unfortunate how close it is to the bar across the street and the neighbors homes, but that's lake living, I suppose! this property is sensational, well maintained. superb kitchen. wildlife is amazing. enjoy!

Ann went above and beyond to be a fantastic host!!! Her listing gives a very accurate overview of the living space and what to expect during this airbnb experience. She makes you feel at home and like you're staying at a friend or family member's house vs. an impersonal hotel. Her wonderful pets are an added bonus. There was a furry welcoming committee there to meet us at the door and to offer snuggles :) I would recommend this airbnb to anyone! It's in a peaceful neighborhood and only a short drive to shopping centers and restaurants galore.

Had a great time, loved the neighborhood and proximity to attractions we planned to visit. Will say that you can definitely hear noise between floors so I would not stay with our young children again because while I fortunately believe no one was overlapping with us, it was very obvious when cleaners arrived on our check out day. Downstairs neighbors probably wouldn't have appreciated children above them! Beautiful place and I'm obsessed with the wallpaper.

My mom and I stayed at Michelle’s place for a week. It was so wonderful! The pier was so peaceful in the afternoon! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Once we landed in Milwaukee, we texted Jodi to let her know when we expected to arrive at her place. She quickly responded that she had some errands but provided the entry code and made us feel welcome. We got settled in and then she reached out via text to let us know she had returned. She came up to meet us in person and helped us understand the city requirements for parking on the street. She had already provided the URL to the registration site and just made sure we were comfortable with what needed to be done. She later informed me that I'd parked on the wrong side of the street so that I could move the vehicle so that it didn't get a ticket. I appreciated that. We were out and about most of the time we were there. The notes that she had placed throughout were very helpful. The booklet that she printed was very clear and her expectations were reasonable and easy to meet. It's an older home, but very quaint and pretty cool.

We rented this entire house, both upper and lower units (separate listings) for our wedding across the street at South Shore Pavilion. This rental was outstanding and created a beautiful and stress free home-base for our wedding guests and weekend. The bridal party was able to get ready here before the ceremony and guests from out of town had clean private bedrooms to stay in. Awesome eclectic vibe and plenty of places to relax, with plenty of extra room. I recommend this rental to anyone spending an important weekend in Bayview, like a wedding. The next door neighbors were courteous and very tolerant of our busy weekend. Instructions were clear for how to stay out of their way and how to be good guests in the neighborhood of mostly homeowners. I would not consider this a “party house” given the context of the neighborhood and rather a beautiful relaxing domain to enjoy the best neighborhood in Milwaukee.
