Holiday rentals with beach access in Milton

Absolutely charming, beautiful place with everything you can ask for!

Beautiful location just outside of Portland. Host was very nice and communicative, would recommend staying there!

The place was easy to find and Holly provided clear instructions to get in. Holly’s place had a lot of thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, extra charging cables and band-aids. There were helpful little notes that explained how everything worked (A/C, TV, space heater). Holly provided us with an assortment of small snacks, coffee, tea as well as half and half. Everything was clean and in great condition. Holly was quick to get back to me about the parking passes for the beach - which it turned out, we didn’t need. Both the bed and couch were comfortable to sleep on. The only downside was that it was really bright in the mornings which made sleeping-in a bit harder, but if you wear a sleep mask or are an early riser there is really nothing to complain about.

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

I had a wonderful stay at Susan’s apartment - I’d highly recommend it! The space was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of walkable spots to explore. Susan was a top-notch host - friendly, communicative, gave wonderful recommendations, and just an all around lovely person.

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

Nice quiet cared for home in Laconia. Easy access to downtown. Comfortable beds. I appreciated the art and many preserved original aspects of the home.

I organized a goal-setting retreat with my colleagues and this house could not have been more perfect. The view is amazing, the house is nicely appointed and the layout is great. Everyone felt comfortable. Favorite memory is drinking coffee looking at the water listening to the birds in the morning. Ryan is a superb host - extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and I look forward to coming back!

The house and location were great. The house was big and open allowing us plenty of space to cook and hang out with each other. A big table and counter made fantastic spaces to play games and set up a puzzle. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils, plates and cups, and labeled so it was easy to find. Bed rooms and bathrooms were spacious and quiet. And of course the hot tub was an amazing way to enjoy the star!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Lovely place,just as described. River running out back,very peaceful and picturesque. Basia and Bradley communicated very well . They checked in at various times to make sure we had what we needed. Comfortable beds and very clean invironment. Thank you again for having us.

Great stay

Such a cozy place! I was on a trip alone and I felt so comfortable and safe. Definitely a place I’m booking next time I’m back in Maine.

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!
