We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

A private entry and plenty of on street parking make arrival and departure easy. The comfortable living room has a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps two people as well as a pull out twin bed. The Apartment is in what back in the day was the town doctor's office and is attached to the owner's house. We think you'll be very comfortable!
