Fab place. Responsive host. Super clean& comfortable. Had everything we needed including a washing machine. Would highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeberin vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Zum Grillen wurden uns spontan eine Flasche Wein und frische Feigen gebracht. Ein toller Pool und eine grandiose Außenküche. Vielen Dank!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

We absolutely loved the views from the apartment — they’re stunning! The place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to a big supermarket, which was super convenient. The location is perfect for exploring Rijeka, Opatija, and the beautiful island of Krk.

Wir hatten sehr spontan gebucht. Stefanija empfing uns freundlich und wir bekamen sogar ein Gastgeschenk von ihr. Sie reagierte immer sehr schnell, wenn wir schrieben. Wir benötigen etwas länger, uns persönlich zu verständigen, da sie sehr wenig englisch verstand, aber das war kein Problem. Wir freuten uns jedes Mal, wenn die Katzen uns besuchen kamen und hatten ein paar ruhige und entspannte Tage dort verbracht. Die einzigen Mankos für uns waren, dass ein Toaster fehlte und leider hatten wir auch keinen Meerblick (aber das ist nur nebensächlich). Das für uns größte „Problem“ war, dass wir selbst mit unserem Kleinwagen nur schwer in den Stellplatz konnten, weil die ganze Straße zugeparkt war und man nur schwer ausholen konnte, dafür kann aber Stefanija natürlich nichts :) nur eine Anmerkung, falls Jemand mit größerem Auto anreist. Alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft und Stefanija ist ein super lieber Host :)

Appartement op de 7e verdieping was bijzonder schoon en zeer ruim voorzien van alle gemakken. Modern en smaakvol gemeubileerd, met twee badkamers, waarvan één met ligbad. Moderne keuken die bijzonder goed voorzien was van keukengerei en apparatuur!! Terras is heerlijk ruim, heeft twee ligstoelen en een zitje met tafeltje. Geweldig uitzicht op zee en Opatija! Parkeergarage met privé parkeerplaats. Onder het complex is een grote supermarkt met daarnaast een grote DM drogist. Ook bevond zich op de begane grond een koffiebar. Tegenover het appartementencomplex is een bushalte. Twee snelle liften zijn in het complex aanwezig. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door Engels sprekende host die uitermate vriendelijk was. Mooi uitgangspunt voor diverse tochtjes in de omgeving. Kortom: in alle opzichten een echte aanrader!

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and tidy – we immediately felt at home. The host was also very helpful – she always responded quickly to any questions and was ready to assist. Highly recommended!

Can totally recommend! The apartment was exactly as advertised, very clean with modern furniture. We loved the balcony and the beautiful view on the sea and the sunset- big plus for us were also the nets to keep insects outside :). We also met the father of the host, who was super friendly and helpful! Thanks for having us, we really enjoyed our stay!

Der Aufenthalt bei Dragana war sehr schön. Sie und Ihr Mann sind tolle, ganz freundliche Gastgeber. Ihr Appartement ist zwar ziemlich klein, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön, sowie der Weg zum Meer hinter dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist auch schön und die Promenade liegt ganz in der Nähe. Der Flughafen liegt zwar in der Nähe, aber wir haben nur bei unserem Spaziergang einen fliegen gehört. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass wir außerhalb der Session zu Besuch waren. Wir haben es auf jeden Fall dort genossen.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Empfang war sehr nett mit einem Willkommensgeschenk. Die Kommunikation mit Miro (Ansprechpartner) war einfach und man bekam schnelle Rückmeldung. Auch bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. In Summe ein sehr gelungener Urlaub/Aufenthalt und definitiv zum Empfehlen!

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Im Whirlpool und auf der Terrasse lässt sich perfekt entspannen.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Für uns zwei Gäste war das Bad der Wohnung gerade groß genug. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Great accommodation with a fantastic view. We were incredibly well looked after by the hospitable hosts. Anamarias mother offered us delicious homemade lemonade when we arrived. We also got help ordering delicious pizza home as the children were hungry after the trip. The apartment was very clean and tidy. There was everything we wanted in the kitchen. Nice barbecue area. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We had it completely private but if there was anything the hosts were available to help us at any time. We are very happy with our stay.

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

Logement très agréable, bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire. Vue incroyable sur la mer. Literie et propreté impeccables. Accueil chaleureux des parents. On recommande sans hésiter !

L'alloggio è ben arredato (non ho mai trovato una cucina così ben fornita) e pulitissimo. La posizione della casa offre di un'ottima vista, in quanto la casa si trova in una posizione di qualche centinaio di metri sul livello del mare. Gli host sono stati fantastici.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt und kann wärmstens weiterempfohlen werden. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sanja ist wirklich eine Traumgastgeberin. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind fantastisch und die Gegend bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an. Vielen Dank an die sympathische Gastgeberin, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt von Fabian und seiner Mutter. Auch unsere kleine Maus auf vier Pfoten war willkommen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und bequem. Wir hatten eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir bekamen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung und zum Abschied ein leckeres Gläschen Honig. Bei Fragen wurde uns immer weiter geholfen. Vielen Dank, wir haben eine erholsame und schöne Urlaubszeit gehabt.
