Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mihotići

We stayed almost 2 weeks with Josip and Ivana with our familiy of 4 (2 little children) and it was perfect. The apartment is pretty new, very clean and very good standard and has everything what we needed. In addition, Josip and Ivana were great hosts, gave tips, frehs fruit from the garden and were very kind. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and are happy to come back. Many thanks!

This place is amazing! Right on the water and close to all the fun things Rovinj has to offer.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

The apartment is a nice studio apartment not far from the center of Rijeka, although the high position may not make it comfortable for all types of users. Barbara is a kind and punctual host. We had a great time and recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Nina’s place! Apartment has everything you need with a stunning view and a lovely patio. Also, the hosts are really friendly and warm! We would like to come back! Would recommend 10/10 ☺️

Very nice and central accommodation, we felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, only the air conditioning did not work properly. But otherwise everything was great!

Irina's Happy Beach apartment is exactly what is promised in advance. A property right by the sea, very quiet and private. Perfect for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. 😀 Irina is a great host with many tips for the area and very easy to reach if you have any questions. The area is also particularly well suited as a starting point for paddle or kayak tours incl. Berth with good access and egress. Here you get exactly what you see in the photos.

Great private apt walking distance to alot and very nice accommodations. Sizable studio with small outdoor area, that was good for our dog. Would Recommend if In Opatija.

Amazing property - best stay during our 2 weeks in Croatia. Warm welcome, charming property even better than the photos. Gift of Rose wine, chocolates, soft drink and water on arrival were unexpected. Lovely gift of family lavender on departure - so sweet. We had such a comfortable stay at Ivana and Cem‘s place. The communication was very easy and fast. The apartment was so clean and had everything that it needs. We could not have asked for more! Very recommendable

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!
