Kevin's place was perfect! The location is close to lots of great places in East Nashville, the area is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the home has everything I needed including a great yard for my pups:)

This was a great place to stay for my best friend’s Bachelorette trip! The host was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I saw a few comments about the location being sketchy so I was a bit worried but honestly I felt safe and so did the others girls! We had no problems with the location at all. I only rated 4 stars for cleanliness because a few of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and the blinds were kinda broken in spots. It was very helpful having all of the dishes,utensils and utilities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was exactly how it was described. Nick was very helpful when I had a question. It was located close enough to get to Broadway (we used an Uber) and only about 10 minutes away with traffic. If/when we come back would definitely try to stay here again.

Great location for family! Close to 12 south even easy to walk with people that may have trouble walking far.

We loved this place. All of the memorabilia was fascinating. My teenagers were very impressed with all of the history that was available for them to look at. The house was comfortable and very cute. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

This space was awesome! My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights for a quick weekend trip. Perfect size for 2 people in a private location and walkable to Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, etc. I love this area. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in a perfect location close to everything you’d want or need during your time in Nashville. The apartment is surprisingly large with tons of space for sleeping and hanging out.

Exactly as described and was perfect for my one night stay in Nashville while my husband was in Vanderbilt Hospital. So very quiet and peaceful and 5 mins from the hospital. Room was exactly as described in the listing and was safe and just what I needed. Love the quiet hours and no alcohol and no party rules. This was a great place to crash for the night and actually REST and not have to listen to drunks in the halls and slamming doors all night like a hotel. Grounds were very pretty too. I will stay here again.

Great upstairs apartment. Karen gave clear directions and was very responsive! Would recommend to any couple who is going to Nashville for either a brief or extended stay.

Great place! We highly recommend. My daughter was getting married so we came a few days early to prepare. The apartment was clean, comfortable and close to so many fun things to do. Best perk was the free parking spot. Saved us money! The projector screen was so much fun.

Perfect location close to Vanderbilt and just a 5 minute drive to the action downtown. Quiet neighborhood but right off West End.

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Amy’s condo is beautiful and was a great location for the event we were attending. Very close to broadway street. Easy to get in and out. A bonus speakeasy in the basement which awesome. We had a couple of hiccups but Amy was VERY responsive and took care of the issues quickly. Will definitely visit and book with Amy again.

Brigitte's place was exactly as described, spacious, and the perfect place for a girls trip! The two double beds were perfect for a slumber party feel and the apartment was very clean and inviting. The area was fantastic with lots of restaurants and bars to visit within walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely book again with Brigitte!!

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

It was a perfectly cozy place for us to stay and well stocked with everything we would need. It was also close to downtown Nashville.
