House holiday rentals in Midtown, Houston

My group of 6 stayed in this awesome location for 5 days for a local Cigar Festival. We loved the place. It perfectly served our needs, location was ideal, but what put it over the top was the amazing backyard. From the jacuzzi to the pristine sitting area with outside furniture and gas tabletop firepit...Great job. Lots of space and amenities. WE ALL LOVED IT. We plan to stay here again next year. 5 Stars!

Stayed here for a family trip and really enjoyed the home. Our granddaughters absolutely loved the pool and did not want to leave.

We had the pleasure of staying at Carolina and Rodney's house. We had a wonderful week, and our kids absolutely loved the house and backyard, which were filled with games, swimming options, and entertainment. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and I would highly recommend staying at their place when in Houston. The house truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you both for the wonderful time we had there!

Lovely home to stay for a week in a quiet neighborhood. Olga was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the beautiful kitchen with all the needed kitchenware; the pool and back patio were perfect for hot, Houston summer; and the home was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We'd totally stay again!

Jessica was a good host. She was very responsive and helpful . Everything was up to par and very clean. It was also toiletries and condiments there. It was very useful. I would definitely recommend staying there and also would love to come back.

I stayed in Adriana’s home for a girls trip and we had so much fun. The home was perfectly located close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, bars, and the airport. Easy access to the highway. The house was beautiful and had everything you would need to stay away from home and more. Exactly like the pictures. I would highly recommend.

Our group had such a great time here, the whole house was clean and comfortable. There were so many fun amenities that kept us entertained during our stay but our favorites were definitely basketball and the pool. The space was perfect for the 9 of us and we would absolutely book this place again!

My family and I had a fantastic Mother's Day weekend stay. I wish I could give 10 🌟. This stay was outstanding. Estela and Jeff provided exceptional communication to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, and the attention to detail was impressive. The pool was warm, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again. Andrew’s place was fantastic! It was exactly what hubby and I needed for little quick getaway! It’s about 10 minutes from downtown so easy commute to anything “Houston”. We were in town to see Nate Jackson so we only had about a 9 min commute to our venue which was great! We ate at our favorite breakfast spot “Toasted Yolk” which was also only about a 8 min commute. Andrew was also always very responsive for any questions/concerns we had! Andrew’s place is exactly as it’s described, the backyard space is impeccably decorated and provides many different seating and lounging options. You have the option to use the bikes in storage (we didn’t, simply because we were just loving the backyard - we’re outdoors people) but definitely take a ride if you’re free and explore! The neighborhood is up and coming and very quiet, we definitely felt safe. The security/privacy fence also adds to that level of comfort as well. All in all if you’re ever in the Houston Area book Andrew’s place!

Great clean modern location.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Chiara’s place. The house was amazing — beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell a lot of thought was put into creating a welcoming space. What really made the stay even better was how communicative and responsive the host was. She answered all my questions quickly and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place with a top-notch host!

I had such a great stay at the Perugia unit in Houston! I was in town for a quick trip, and this place was perfect. My Your Host Mauro & Christian were super responsive and made check-in a breeze. The apartment’s stylish, super clean, with a comfy queen bed and a cozy sofa bed. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the 400 Mbps Wi-Fi was a lifesaver. Loved the quiet vibe of Washington Terrace, just 5 minutes from the Medical Center. I’d totally stay here again!

I felt like royalty staying in this home. The host has thought of everything. The bedrooms were so comfortable, black out shades, and high end linens. The bathrooms were spa like! The kitchen had everything you could need. And our host, Ann, was so responsive and lovely, answering all of our questions and sending over batteries when that pesky smoke detector needed changing. We will absolutely make this our home each time we come to Houston for conferences!

The home is beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the location was perfect. It was a short drive to MD Anderson.

Khanh and Ha house was everything my friends and I expected. Decided to do a local bachelor party here in Houston. It was fun! Definitely played pickleball, basketball, and the pool was so nice to jump into after the summer heat. The inside was also awesome! The karaoke room was a great addition to the home. We definitely enjoyed that late at night. All in all awesome home. What’s even better was that khanh and ha were great at communicating. Any time we would have a question it would take no longer than 30 min for them to get back to us if not it was quick. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to other friends and family. Thank you Khanh and Ha!

Everything was nice and clean. The stairs were the biggest problem that we had. The master bedroom is on the third floor and that’s a lot of stairs to climb. Other than that great it’s a great place.

I just want to say, I absolutely loved this stay in Houston. The home is decorated beautifully and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The temperature controls made it even more hospitable, and the home was everything it is listed as and more. It’s super close to downtown and it really does just feel like home the longer you stay there, I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here. Beautiful place and wonderful host 😊

Mo was very responsive throughout my entire stay . The house looks exactly like the photos , very cute place . I didn’t realize there were 2 separate houses in one lot , but that wasn’t a problem for my group . I love that most of the rooms had their own bathroom perfect for my larger group . Plenty of toiletries. & kitchen cooking supplies . One of my guest left their luggage there after checkout & Mo was more than okay with us going back to grab their belongings .I would definitely recommend Mo’s place to friends & family .

Peter was a phenomenal host . Before we arrived he sent clear & precise directions of how to enter into the house. He also shared his number just in case of any emergency that may arise. The pictures , the comfort of the home , exceeded my expectations. 10/10 for the hospitality . Thank you again Peter we will be back !
