Excellent host, very responsive, beautiful place with a well serviced swimming pool. We checked in late around 10pm as we were travelling from abroad, Host agreed to slightly extend our check out time which was very kind of her. Caretaker Mavelyn was exceptional, always willing to help. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Masvingo.

Beautiful location in the suburbs with stylish, elegant grounds. We were stuck and really appreciated being allowed to check in early so we could work online—WiFi was fast and stable enough for video calls. The place is beautifully designed with high-quality furniture, and we especially loved the bed set on a deck above the lounge—just like my own chalet. The swimming pool and patio are a great bonus, and the staff were reliable and helpful throughout. Shaded parking was another plus. This will definitely be our first choice whenever we’re in Bulawayo.

the room n kitchen were well maintained; electricy n hot water from the sun - only one day was a bit out due to very cloudy weather. Wimbayi is extremely welcoming and friendly; she makes the stay so much more pleasant. We had a great experience at Mzime’s place, we felt at home. The pictures don’t do justice to the place, it looks way better in person than the pictures. The place is very specious and comfortable which is what our family needed. It is clean and well maintained inside and outside. The beds were very comfortable and very clean, Mzime and her team went above and beyond to help us surprise our families who didn’t know we were coming. The memories that we made at Mzime’s place will stay with us for the rest of our lives and for that, we are very grateful! Uncle Ncube was very helpful and responded to our questions and needs very fast. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Chinhoyi.
