This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Cath and Phil really couldn't be more amazing hosts! Thankyou so so much for letting us use your amazing home for my mums hen party!! The house was immaculate, super spacious, set up for a full party and was just honestly incredible. More than I ever imagined!! We made great use of the huge kitchen, dining room, pool room, garden area, living room and much more. I couldn't recommend this house enough for a hen do! Anything you need cath and Phil will be there to help you. Absolutely perfect. Thankyou again cath and Phil, the memories we will cherish forever xxxxx

Wow what an amazing property, just wish I could have stayed longer. Home from home with more. Comfortable bed/s great quality including bedding and towels of luxury quality. Thoughtful touches on arrival. Local amenities, plenty of restaurants/pubs walking distance. Beautiful local reservoir walks, plenty to do and see. Spa was an amazing added bonus to enjoy your stay with full relaxation under the stars and after a long walk. Will definitely stay again and have recommended to my family and friends already. One of those weekend breaks that you don't want to end. Thanks for everything.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

Absolutely stunning. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my 40th. Me and my family had the best time. We had so much fun in the bar, playing pool and watching movies. As for the pool and hot tub..... wow! It was just absolutely brilliant. we all had the best time. the house itself was stunning, cozy and comfortable. Delanie you were just wonderful . I loved how we were able to make ourselves feel right at home. Living like superstars for a weekend. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

By far the best air b&b stay I’ve ever had! Michael was a fantastic host showing us around the hut & pool. You may also be lucky enough to meet the gem that is Barbra, who when found out my birthday was on the Sunday went and put a few decorations up in the pool which was a really nice touch and she was a pleasure to chat with. The hobbit hut itself is beautiful inside and out also kept very clean worth every penny in my eyes. Will be returning.

Angela's is the best BNB I have stayed at around the world. her attention to detail and cleanliness is obvious, whilst priding more than the basics for daily food and living requirements. The bagels, challah and dips on arrival were just fabulous. Thank you again

First of all.. the bed…. Sooo comfy😆. From the start communicating with Sam was super fast and easy… there was no problem with an extended checkout. The house was clean and comfy… the little snacks and coffee is a nice touch too. I’d very much recommend Sam’s house. We actually got to meet the hosts and they are lovely and approachable, we would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home . The building has been designed so well, the perfect balance of comfort and luxury! It was a real treat to have the Rooftop. The perfect spot to catch-up with friends I haven’t seen in a while - this really did become our favourite hang out. The house itself was very clean, spacious and very well -equipped with everything that we needed during our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and every detail seemed so thought out. We especially enjoyed the free standing bathtub in our bedroom! We can’t wait to return, thank you Michelle.

Perfect in every way, clean, comfortably furnished with everything you could ever need at hand including a muchly appreciated welcome pack including tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits. Brilliant communication with Shelly all the way through. Clean, well presented friendly and very quiet neighbourhood which is close but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Manchester. Thanks Shelly you made our visit to the city seamless, stress free and comfortable.

Had a lovely stay with my family. a beautifully decorated accomodation, well thought out in terms of appliances ect. great location and also very responsive and catering hosts! Would highly recommend!

Charlotte's place was absolutely spotless and it felt like no expense was spared which was so refreshing to see. Everything was just perfect; the beds were super comfy and the bedding was good quality. The kitchen and kitchen applinances were prestine and the views were something else. We also enjoyed a fab sunday lunch at the white hart inn. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed for all the family to stay together to attend a wedding. 2 nights was just right.

The house was extremely clean, with access to all things that you may need whilst staying there. There were clear instructions on what to do with rubbish and bin days etc. Eva was very good at communicating and check in and check out was easy. The location of the house wasn’t quiet, lots going on in the estate and the other estates too. The neighbour must have an issue with their front door because it was slammed- a lot. Apart from that the stay was brilliant. The house was clean, light, not cluttered. The beds and pillows were comfy and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay. It’s right in town. All amenities on the door step and the nearest tram stop a few minutes walk away. The flat itself is lovely with everything you could need in it. The master bedroom and adjoining bathroom was a particular stand out. The only thing that may be an issue for some guests is multiple flights of stairs as the property and the various rooms are located on different levels. It wasn’t a problem for us though just something to consider for anyone with mobility issues. Lewis and Melissa were extremely responsive and provided us with a travel cot upon request.

we stayed in Jo's place to visit Manchester with my family. the place was located in Salford quays and within walking distance to the tram station. It was also clean and tidy, and was big enough for the family.

Perfect location for exploring the area. Just around the corner from a lovely bakery. Just down the road from a recreation ground where we walked our dogs. The house is quirky and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The garden is secure which was perfect for our dogs. The bed was comfortable. All in all we loved it and would come back. Thank you Katie

Just back from an amazing stay at David’s place. Beautiful house and perfect for a group of 3 or 4. You can really see David’s personality through the home and reminded me of how Air BnBs used to be. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it was well equipped with the basics and then come. Beds were super comfy and the rooms spacious. We were attending a gig at the Coop and only 5 mins in an Uber and took about 20 mins to walk back. Also only 5 mins to the Northern Quarter in an Uber but could easily walk if you have the time. David was also super responsive to a few messages I had sent leading up our stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again if I was visiting Manchester.
