If action is more your pace, the options are endless, play a local round of golf, head to the beaches of Port Stephens or Newcastle or visit the vineyards of the Hunter Valley.

Self-contained with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has your choice of king or twin beds. A large living area with a slow combustion wood burning fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric blankets for cool winter nights. Equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave and full size fridge. There's a BBQ on your own outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the glorious view of the sun setting over the vineyard. It is located just two minutes off the Pacific Highway, and only 10 minutes to Kempsey and 25 minutes to Port Macquarie. It comes with Wifi, TV and Netflix, reverse cycle air conditioning, built-in robes as well as an in-ground swimming pool, heated spa and under-cover allocated parking.

Unique solar house, Self contained Flat,Pet lovers

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs.
