lovely little place clean and well maintained in a quiet area. They left bacon and eggs and a few other goodies for us to enjoy which was very much appreciated. Spa was lovely and clean unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. Highly recommend for staying and exploring the Hunter Valley.

Kerry was a lovely host from booking to check out. The house was very clean with plenty of towels & blankets. Outside decking area is very private. Plenty of firewood was provided. Thank you Kerry for an amazing stay!

We are so happy we have found this beautiful gem. We will come back for sure! Our arrival was a bit stressful as we were trying to arrive quickly before the roads were closed (due to floods) and Jill helped us along the way even organizing a really early check in! We were also lucky to stay another night as the roads were still closed or just newly opened. The place is beautiful in the rain and bathed in the sunshine. We saw so many birds and loved saying hi to the chickens everyday. It is cosy, well furnished and extremely comfortable! It really feels like home! We will recommend it to friends and family when they come to this part of the world!

Had an amazing stay, the hot tub was lovely and the place was nice and clean! We even saw a little bush possum after the sun went down 🙂

My partner and I stayed in Cadair Cottage 1 and we really really enjoyed our short time here. We were only here for a couple of nights but would have loved to extend our trip. There is so much to like about this place. Firstly, the surroundings are just absolutely beautiful - you are in nature and if you’re coming from a city landscape you’ll switch off so quickly. The cottage itself was spotless and had such a homely feel. All of the amenities you’d need with a fireplace, stove top, wifi, tv with foxtel and streaming - beautiful bedrooms and comfortable linen. The hot tub is also so nice to relax in and watch the sun come down. The yard (which is fully fenced) offers an expansive play area for your furry friends and our girl Peppa absolutely loved her time here too. She had so much fun. You are visited by neighbouring sheep and cows and it’s truly magical to watch them graze and trail by. Thank you, Simone - we can’t wait to return to this beautiful property again.

My partner and I absolutely loved our weekend at Jemma’s place - we spent the afternoon relaxing in the outdoor bath tubs and taking in the beautiful view before enjoying dinner by the fire pit in the evening. The house is gorgeous - beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotless. Jemma included so many thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special - including an amazing welcome hamper, a bath bomb and bubble bath, lovely soaps, candles, plush blankets and more. It felt like a very luxurious and relaxing sanctuary. And Jemma was lovely to deal with too, a very kind and generous host. We’ll definitely be back!

We have booked with Ned a few times in the past for both us or our parents, and everyone loves staying here. It's the perfect stopover when driving from Sydney to Brisbane. The cottage is so quiet, cosy, well set up and we love how dog friendly it is. Just a short trip from the highway and incredibly convenient. Also run by such a beautiful family. Couldn't recommend more highly.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay , gorgeous farmhouse and surrounds, grandkids and dogs loved acres of free space to run and play. The firepit at night was a nice end to the day.

Christiane was such a lovely person to talk to, her friendly demeanor made me feel like i was staying with close relatives. A generous lady with clearly a big heart

Sam and Caitie's property is beautiful, and the the view from the accomodation was special. Our toddler was enthralled by the chickens and cows, and the novelty of picking mandarins fron a tree to eat. The location is great, close to town and easy access to beautiful Dorrigo and Bongil Bongil National Parks. Sam and Caitie are responsive hosts and looked after us during our stay.

I've stayed at a bunch of Airbnb's over the years; this is definitely the most well stocked airbnb I've ever stayed at. Everything and anything you could possibly want is in this home which is awesome. Very clean as well and in a fantastic location. Five stars.

We arrived late in the dark. It was easy to find, no stress of getting into the cottage and it just felt like home. There was everything you needed and more. It was truly lovely after such a long drive. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you! 😊

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, offering great recommendations for local spots and checking in to make sure all was well. The property itself was stunning! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The space was both cosy and stylish, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host and a lovely property. Will definitely return!

It was the little touches that stood out for us…the welcome chocolates, the fire place laid - ready to light and the essentials available - salt, pepper, oil, coffee, milk etc.

A great place to stay in a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, the extreme weather prevented us from exploring the area further. But we felt comfortable and safe in the cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sally was very helpful and courteous and made us feel welcome. We definitely will come back and stay at Minnalong Cottage on our next trip to the Hunter.

A perfect place to stay for a family of four. Close enough to the lovely little town of Sawtell that we could walk in for coffee and meals. A lovely kitchen and a sunny verandah made it relaxing and easy.

what a beautiful place, the location, the host & the atmosphere. From the moment you drive in, you will feel right at home. This would have to be one of the cleanest & friendliest places we have been. There was everything you could want or need. our 2 little girls had an absolutle ball with the animals & the owners bought bread over to the girls to be able to feed the cows. If we are ever back this way we will definitely be staying again. Thank you so for allowing us to stay in you beautiful home.

Beautiful location, Tara is a great host, great communication and prompt replies. Lovely clean, spacious and modern house. very easy to find and close to town centre. Definitely book again.

What a gem. This property was perfect for our short getaway. We wanted for nothing. We enjoyed walks on the walking track in front of the property, meals and cups of tea on the porch enjoying the water views. Bed was comfy. Area was quiet and peaceful. Would love to return again.

Jennifer was an absolute delight as a host. She made us feel very welcome to her gorgeous little cottage. The cottage itself is charming and comfortable. It’s a small space but very well designed and decorated. I stayed with two friends and by utilising the sofa bed we each had our own private, lovely area to sleep. Jennifer was great to communicate with and flexible with arrival time. We had a lovely time and would love to visit again when travelling through the area.

The house was lovely, a great spot for bushwalking. Pat was a friendly and considerate host. Great house to relax and unwind.
