Lower Tresmorn-Barley Park

A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.

The guest room is accessed on the first floor, a large bright and airy room with high ceilings, foggy forest backdrop hand painted by Bristol Artist Spike. South facing sash windows present the surrounding mountain forest view even from the newly refurbished bathroom with large walk in shower.

Our single room in a friendly shared home is 3.5 miles from central Exeter, a short drive from beaches & nature walks, in a great position both for work and exploring. On arrival, I'll show you the shared kitchen, answer any questions and pass on keys. We host between 1 and 3 guests. You're welcome to hangout in the diner or enjoy the peace of your room. Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other guests. One parking space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
