Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Great rental very beautiful. One of the best condos I have ever stayed in. Windows from the floor to ceiling all away around with a huge balcony. Breathtaking views of the ocean.

I had the best experience ever at Villas! The apartment was extremely lovely, super clean, spacious, had everything we needed it for our stay! I am planning another vacations just to come back to that amazing place! Words cant describe enough how great was my experience!

We stayed at Rachel and Michael’s place for 10 days and enjoyed every single one of them. The location is beautiful and in a fantastic, safe area. The facilities were top-notch, and the historical charm of the home made it even more special. Rachel went above and beyond—she even stocked the place with food and snacks for our arrival, which made us feel instantly at home. The hosts were so welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay. We've visited this area before, but this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

The place is comfortable, quiet and we especially liked its proximity to the beach and having parking included. Additionally, it has a common space for laundry, and the apartment also has a dishwasher and chairs and umbrella for use on the beach. I would definitely come back on my next vacation.

I rented this beach town house to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, stylish, and just steps from the ocean! Even better than the photos. We especially loved the peaceful mornings on the balcony with ocean views. The space was cozy, well-stocked, and felt like a true getaway. My mom had such a great time and said it was one of her best birthdays ever! Micheal was friendly and very responsive, which made everything easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!
