Beachfront holiday rentals in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect! Check in was so simple. The unit is exactly as described. We loved that there were two bunk beds so our teens could have their own beds and own bathroom. The unit had two balconies which was so nice. Excellent location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The staff at the beach and pool were so accommodating. Everyone is already talking about going back. The owner kept in communication with us just making sure we were all set. While everything was perfect, I appreciate them checking on us. 5 stars all around !! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Fiona never disappoints. She really goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax during my trip. Her place is always a great stay. If it’s available, I definitely recommend booking it.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Cannot thank Alex and Sofi enough for being so proactive and responsive throughout our entire trip. I've never experienced such a positive experience with an AirBnb host. Location was great and we were able to walk every day which was so nice. Location is far enough to have a peaceful vacation, but still close enough to walk everywhere. We are very grateful to our incredible hosts for a great trip.

Honestly, the photos don't do justice to the reality. It's an INCREDIBLE apartment. Beautiful from end to end. Hyper clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. The armchair is a dream and the beds are super comfortable. An experience to repeat. Unfortunately, in the building in front of ours, they were working and had some machines on all day, so we couldn't use the balcony. But with the size of the apartment, we didn't even want to leave. Thank you very much Deb for having us. We'll see for sure again.

I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, and I have to say, the place I stayed in was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I knew this apartment was something special. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking, offering an unobstructed view of both the ocean and the city skyline. Waking up every morning to that incredible sunrise over the water was truly magical. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and comfort. It was spacious, modern, and filled with light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

I cant say enough to describe my experience thank you for the great host, also this is my second time in the same stay.

We spent a few wonderful days on this Airbnb with my partner Chris and our baby Maryam. The place exceeded our expectations - it was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Everything was ready to make us feel at home, even with details that made the stay easier with our baby. The location is great, just steps from the beach and close to everything you need. The host,Katia, was very kind and attentive from the first moment. He was always available to answer our questions and make sure we had a good experience. We definitely recommend it completely and would come back without thinking about it.

Location looked exactly like the pictures and very close to the beach with convenient shops inside the facility. This is our second time renting, and we still enjoy it as much as the first time. The owner Norma is quick to respond and very nice .

love the week long family trip stay with the kids. room was very clean tile everywhere very well kept. Beds towels and etc were very clean has a stove to cook. Publix was a trolly rid north 5 minutes away on 70th Street pools are deep 9ft for adults and 6ft or kids with 2 hot hot tubs and beach out the back gate very close and easy to get in and out. no food or drinks in pools so you will have to walk around but it's very short walk and not a issue free trolly going up and down south mid and north beach in a loop it's a hotel condo so towel swap was easy staff was very nice and well kept no umbrella chairs that's for hotel stays but this is cheaper than the hotel stay so I recommend use this place and pay for a chair umbrella set if you need it that day had a great stay will stay here again

Stephano’s place is amazing, exactly as described and showed in pictures. The ocean view is incredible alongside with the beach right across the building and an incredible location. I traveled with my wife and 1 year old baby to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Stephano was absolutely responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend this place. Stephano thank you very much I will return with my family.

Incredible view of the resort and beach. The balcony felt very private. We enjoyed having access to all the resort’s amenities, and all of the restaurants were fantastic. We had no issues with the elevators during our four night stay! Free parking is also a great bonus if you’re bringing a car!

Shane and Maru’s place was amazing. It’s a great location in Miami Beach. It’s close and convenient to get down to South Beach but in a more peaceful/quiet area. We loved being able to walk straight out to the beach without crossing any roads. The apartment was beautiful. Very modern, clean and had a view of the ocean from the 9th floor. They had beach chairs and umbrellas that you can bring to the beach. It was also really nice to have a gym and laundry in the building as well as the free valet parking. We rented a car so it was great to find a place with free parking. Shane and Maru were really nice and responsive when we had questions too. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we’re in Miami!
