Todo muy bien !! El departamento es igual a las fotos y tiene muy linda vista !! Lo comunicación fue excelente !

Excelente lugar, súper recomendable, los anfitriones súper atentos, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes pero ellos mismos se encargaron de solucionarlos al instante, muchas gracias y volveré al mismo lugar.

Um lugar espetacular, apartamento super completo, itens de cozinha, conforto, me sentir em casa, apartamento extremamente amplo, super indico, e certeza de voltar. Fabiana esta de parabéns !!

Sara was extremely efficient with her communications, quick to respond and extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complex very good , amazing views from pool area and gym . If I had to make any points for future guests it’s just be aware there’s a resort fee of $52 /day which travelling from UK was a new thing to us , and being on the quieter side with Downtown views meant we needed to use Ubers to get to and from South Beach or walk 25 mins . It served our purpose nicely and having the kitchen area with fridge and hob worked perfectly . We enjoyed our stay

This rental is a great and significantly cheaper alternative to booking a room through the W South Beach. Communication was excellent and check-in at the W Residence desk was a breeze. You are basically staying at the W and are afforded access to all of the amenities just as if you had booked a room through Marriott. The room itself was immaculate and clean with an outstanding view. One thing to know about the W is depending on your room/suite location, it is possible to get stuck with a balcony that sits adjacent to a neighboring balcony which offers little privacy. This balcony of this unit offered great privacy with no other balconies adjacent. It is also located on the 17th floor at the beach end of the building resulting in excellent views. Highly recommend!

Exelente alojamiento. Salida directa a la playa. Lo mejor. Todas las comodidades. El edificio antiguo y no muy bien pero casi no lo usamos. Dado que el apartamento sale directo a la playa. El gym un lujo. El valet parking muy importante. Accesorios de playa completos. Volveremos seguro

I cannot stress enough how great of a place and experience this was. The area is amazing with great food, amazing views, and friendly people. The place itself was magnificent and honestly gave me inspiration on how my own apartment could look like. Lastly, the hosts were friendly and responsive. All of this culminates into what I think is the BEST Airbnb experience I've had thus far. I highly recommend this place because of its views, location, and awesome hosts!

Nos encantó el departamento! Súper cómodo para 2 personas. Todo impecable. Contar con reposeras, la conservadora y sombrillas fue un plus buenísimo para la playa! Excelente la ubicación, caminábamos 3 o 4 cuadras y ya estábamos en la playa y en Ocean Drive que a la noche es precioso! El entorno art Deco es divino! Romain un excelente anfitrión que estuve siempre en contacto y nos permitió ingresar antes y salir después. Recomiendo 100% y esperamos volver pronto!! 🙏🏻

Avery’s home was an 11/10. If I lived in Miami full time, I’d want her help to stage & furnish my place. Her home was not only stunning (better than photos!) but I felt very safe staying there, as the area is filled with things to do & places to eat. I came for a 2 week work trip and was sad to leave. I felt so much at home & Avery’s communication was impeccable from the beginning. If you can snag this home, do it!! I’ll def be booking again :)

Gunjan’s apartment was beautiful , very clean and very comfortable! The views of the ocean were beautiful! We had a Wonderful time and would definitely come and stay in Gunjan’s apartment again!

Right from when we booked Cinthia's place, Cinthia was very helpful and responded very quickly to my messages / questions and requests. We were at the air bnb for nearly 3 weeks and therefore, we made ourselves at home. Throughout our stay, Cinthia continuously replenished the usual toiletries. There were plenty of towels and linen for use. The flat had plenty of space and what we loved was the walk in closet which also accommodated our suitcases comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped so that if need be we could cook. The flat was equipped with a washer and a dryer as well as a dishwasher. What I loved about Cinthia the most was she was very accommodating and had a hand held steamer for my use. The flat is situated in a 42 storey building with a good and well equipped gym, a swimming pool and a sauna & steam room. Location of the building is superb in the up and coming Brickell area with ample of good restaurants around.

Super appartement, très propre et central. Les équipements mis à disposition comme la piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment agréables. Également, sa localisation permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres quartiers grâce à la proximité des transports en commun. Également, le parking mis à disposition était très pratique. Je recommande vivement !

Anthony was top notch. The best thing about him is he is super reliable. The electric stove was tough to process& once I informed him that I need help, he had someone at the door in less than thirty minutes! He is on time with everything & is always checking in to see how things are going even if you tell him you're doing fine. I felt super comfortable& safe in this Airbnb. I highly recommend Anthony's service. Nothing short of top tier & on time.

Great rental very beautiful. One of the best condos I have ever stayed in. Windows from the floor to ceiling all away around with a huge balcony. Breathtaking views of the ocean.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!
