I can say I was more than pleased with my experience at Andre’s Airbnb, from the location being better than the pictures to the privacy at this house. Everything was clean and very functional. Andre was very responsive with any questions I had. Great time honestly!

Had such a great stay at your beautiful home. The pool/backyard space was AMAZING for the kids. Great location & great neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!

The only recommendation I have would be to have a few more blankets for the beds, and better (firmer) pillows. Other than that, everything was excellent and we’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This place was so beautiful from the moment we walked in, we were immediately happy with our choice. Inside and out, the place is very clean, very roomy and elegant. You definitely have your privacy as well. The pool and the outside patio were so inviting and pretty to sit out there at night. Turn on some music out there and it was so hard to leave. It was a home away from our home. Sad to go. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect apartment for a group of friends or family looking to explore Miami. Clean, spacious and with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds! Our hosts were kind and very quick with their responses, they even let us leave luggage earlier in the day which was extremely helpful as we were a big group with lots of cases that wouldn’t fit in our car! Mall and cafe area by the river about 10 mins walk away had so many shops and restaurants that were perfect. Would love to stay here again if I am ever in Miami!

Gabby and Christian might be one of the best hosts Ive had booking with airbnb. They are very kind people. The home was amazing for the group i went with. They have amazing amenities from the pool, smart TV, games, pool table, outdoor space, gaming console etc. The house was spotless clean with welcome goodies. Bathroom was bright and spotless with enough robes and house slippers for my group and I. I really loved how they have everything you need for a perfect beach day. Gabby and Christian have a great home and you can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into their listing. We felt like locals with their recommendations. If you are thinking about booking this home i wouldn’t hesitate! We will be back for sure!

The house was as advertised and the check-in process was a breeze. Matt was extremely responsive and helpful.

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Place was awesome. Super clean, super nice, & literally was stocked with everything we needed or could have even needed. Was a fun one for sure.

My stay here was great. The host was amazing and communicated in a timely manner. The location is also close to tons of restaurants that are walking distance. The check-in process was also very smooth. The host was very active and friendly and offered recommendations around the area. Overall, I would book again as I had a great experience!

Joseph and his wife were very welcoming when we made it to the home. It was 6 of us and we fit comfortably. We loved the pool and jacuzzi and just the whole outside sitting area. The home looks just like the pictures. Also very clean and came with everything we needed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend Joseph’s place and would stay here again. 10/10 ⭐️

Jordan was probably the best host I've ever had and house exceeded expectations. You can tell that he and his wife put a lot of effort into making it very comfortable. Great for a family trip or a vacation with a small group of friends. The pool and backyard amenities put it over the top for me and my son. The location is great for going to the beach and there are multiple great restaurants nearby. The Rustic Inn is a must if you like crab legs. The Hard Rock resort & casino is probably within walking distance but they have a free parking garage so we drove there to check it out. I-95 is about a 5-minute drive so if you plan on going to Ft. Lauderdale or south to Miami this makes it very easy. I can't say enough great things about this rental. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. If you're planning on staying in Hollywood this is the spot. Thanks for everything Jordan. We will be back.

Would stay here again! The location was in a neighborhood that was a good 20min drive from south beach, about 15min from downtown, and generally close to great restaurants/other popular neighborhoods. The AC in the place was very good and felt amazing to come into from the Miami heat. Accessing the place was super easy and the parking spot came in handy- I like how it was close to the house and not further back like the other street parking spots in the neighborhood. Berit had a beach umbrella and beach towels in the closet that saved us so much when going to the beach. She also has a mango tree that she gave us delicious mangoes from during our stay. Overall a great spot and communicative/responsive host that made our accommodations the easiest and most worry free part of our trip!

I had a great stay! The place is cozy and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. It’s super convenient when it comes to transportation,easy drive to beach and airport made getting around a breeze. The kitchen was also well-equipped with everything I needed to cook meals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

We loved our stay here! The view in the backyard was beautiful as well as their home. It was very clean and we had the best time in the pool. Jessica and Javier were very responsive and gave us detailed instructions for checking in and out. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!
