Hotel holiday rentals in Miami Beach

Gary was very helpful and kind. He even let me check in early because the room was already ready. This place is a hidden gem. It’s everything you’ll need for your stay.

We stayed here for the 2025 Air and Sea show. There were a total of 8, 2 of which are 3 and 5. The condo is spacious and the rooms are great. At no point did anyone feel on top of each other. There is an indirect view of the ocean, but that did not matter for us as we were on the beach for the show. Very very minor upgrades could be useful, but this is a condo on the beach that I am sure is usually always booked. Justin is SO responsive, and will help in any way possible. He gave so much information that no locals could really use. (We live here) He was so flexible with check- in, which was a concern of mine with a 3 year old that still naps. He also gave us choices for a later check out if we decided. Highly recommend!

View, view, view! The view of the ocean all throughout the dining room, living room and balcony is spectacular! The hotel building is nice. The Italian restaurant, Casa Calabria, in the hotel lobby is amazing. Samantha was super friendly and accommodating- she allowed us to have a later check out for a fee. She lives in the building, so she’s right there if you need anything. The penthouse is very large - with two bedrooms- one with two beds for our children and the other with one bed for us - each with their own updated bathrooms. The rest could use some updating- but that didn’t take away from the incredible view and wonderful host. Thank you, Samantha, for everything! Even our small dog loved it!

Jens apartment was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and well taken care of. The view an access to the beach was awesome. It was very clean and velet with no parking fee a major plus. The apartment had everything u needed to cooking food and beach chairs and unbrella, beach toys if u have little ones. The beach was clean and water was clear. We mainly enjoyed the beach and did some site seeking out if Miami. If your looking to adventure in south beach or anywhere in Miami there is no parking at all you best bet is to a taxi or uber. Plan on spending a lot of money at restaurants. We loved the apartment and the beach but that was mainly it for Miami. Its a huge tourist spot so if u plan to just stay in Miami save your money on a car rental. If you want to adventure out like we did then rent a vehicle. I would definately rent from Jen again it was a perfect apartment for us and the price and convince was exactly what we was looking for. Thanks again Jen it was a perfect hidden

Nossa estadia foi muito boa e superou nossas expectativas. O quarto era muito bom, com um banheiro ótimo. A localização excelente, bem no início de South Beach, um área bem calma, com ótimos restaurantes e fácil pra se locomover (ônibus, bike, carro). O prédio tem dois andares e não tem elevador o que pra nós não foi um problema, mas quem tem dificuldade de locomoção deve se atentar a isso. O chuveiro é bom, mas é baixo, o que pode ser ruim para pessoa com 1,85m ou mais altas. O café da manhã é satisfatório, pro padrão americano tá excelente. Entendam que é um bom hotel, recomendo e certamente me hospedaria nele outras vezes, mas não é um hotel de luxo (4, 5 estrelas). Se tá procurando luxo, não é esse o hotel.

We loved our stay in this studio. It met our expectations and the host was very friendly. Will be glad to live there again next year.

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

Everything is what you expect and see . would definitely come back. beautiful view , everything is in walkable range. Only thing i’d say is that when showering the water would leak everywhere . other than that would come back easily.

Great, easy and convenient location. Can’t beat the price. Pool is great. Bar is great. Loved it, we’ll be back!

This was our 3rd stay in the last year at this particular hotel. We really enjoy it there. It's always clean and has much to do in walking distance. I will say that this unit has been my favorite so far. I really enjoy having a view of the ocean and city. The ocean is a bit far away but still it's a great view. The bed was very comfortable. Large amount of space. Most of the products in the bathroom smelled like something men use which my husband didn't mind. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware needed for smaller meals. I would bring your own seasonings. I never found salt and pepper in the unit. Overall, really good stay and will be back to this unit.

Hotel is located in a great location in Sunny isles. Hotel and room was great. This is a great place when traveling with families and kids. Feels like a resort. Service is great. Room is conveniently located on 5th floor so you can get up and down very quickly. Highly recommend this place! Thank you.

They were extremely flexible with our checkin. So polite, great location, by everything! Clean, not as loud as I thought! Perfect location!

Amazing location, nice room, beach and pool access was great. Carpets in the hallway of our room were very stained and need a face lift but otherwise would highly recommend

We stayed here during Tortuga festival and it was a great spot. Carlos was SO responsive and helpful when our flights kept getting changed. The room was exactly like the photos. Area is walkable, 10 min walk from the beach, a publix is across the street, and a water taxi stop is right out the front door. Only small con is the front desk (which he warned us about and unfortunately can’t do anything about) was SO slow for anything you needed and wasn’t very nice. It took us almost 30 mins to check in because there were 2 people in front of us in line. But once you’re checked in you don’t need them anyways. Didn’t have a car but I think parking it was pricey, something to confirm if you plan on driving. Overall we would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!!

Great place for couples or friends trip. I don’t realize it’s located in the LGBTQ community but it brought a lot of diversity and fun. I highly recommend dining at the bar next to the building or waking up early to watch the sunrise. Walking distance to everything! The pool/bar was a public social hangout vs a place to swim and relax. Spacious kitchen and balcony. Only thing negative I can say, the hotel manages the building and sent in someone while we were out, to collect and put in new towels without giving us any notice. The clean towels were placed in my open luggage, very odd! I can’t say anything negative about the host or place, unbeatable price for the location!

Blue Bell is awesome! So clean, peaceful, and quiet, but still close to everything. Gator mom and housekeeping are always so sweet. Thanks again for a wonderful stay; I'll be back soon.
