Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and a large terrace where we had all our meals, breakfast included. Private parking appreciated. Located less than 5 minutes' walk from Lazaret beach and 45 minutes from the city center, always on foot. You can easily get to Pézenas, Saint Guilhem le Désert, etc...

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. We had a great stay at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the seaside.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Welcome by Mélanie, very pleasant and smiling. Apartment very well located, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional amenities. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

This is our second time in this accommodation and nothing to complain about. Very clean and functional accommodation. The big plus is the pool and close to the city center. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS did not quite lead us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it is a little off the road.
