Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mezcales

Everything was perfect, just a little communication problem at the beginning, since they did not respond to my messages and had not sent me the check-in information. From then on, everything was perfect, the place is beautiful, the location is real, they have air conditioning in every space which is perfect and everything is in excellent condition for your stay and comfort, it is a private community but you don't even notice the neighbors, they are all very respectful and the common areas are clean. 10/10 🥳

Our second stay at the coto but with family this time. Everyone loved it. We had a problem with the water heater and Jessica send us someone to help us right away. She is a formidable super host and I recommend her highly.

it was perfect, just like the description, everything in order, everything they offered in their publication there was and more. Shopping center 5 min away, Playa 10 min. attention from the perfect hosts, they always answered quickly and solving or answering questions.

Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable in Angel's apartment, very good location. It's close to the public beach and there's an Oxxo and some very good tacos coming out of the coto. It has everything you need to cook and we loved that the pool was just a few steps away. We hope to return!

Everything was excellent

I loved the apartment, the stay was very pleasant, having a garden space was very relaxing, the spaces were clean, the beds were very cozy, the pool space was excellent, clean and air-conditioned, I would return without hesitation

The apartment is very comfortable, just as it appears in the pictures. Jarla was attentive at all times. It has an excellent location, it is very close to Kiosko, restaurants, Guadalajara pharmacy, bars, gas station. The parking is comfortable. I'll definitely be back.

Great stay and cozy place

I only had a short stay—but I was pleasantly surprised by the great location, close to all kinds of great restaurants and street tacos

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Excellent accommodation, highly recommended. Highly recommended. The condominium has very good amenities. The pools have hot water. Beach access very spacious parking. the apartment is very comfortable with all the services and in very good condition.

We had a great 8 night stay with 3 young kids. The property was beautiful & kept very clean. The unit was perfect for our family & Rod was very responsive throughout our stay, even allowing a last minute late check out so we had somewhere to be before our flight. Our kids loved the pools, and the beach area was great. We bring a canopy every beach vacation & didn’t even need to get it out. There were some beach toys & a boogie board, & even 1 child floatie at the unit. The showers to wash off at the beach had pleasant warm water, & all the public restrooms were very clean. Im a designer & appreciated all the finishes throughout the property. Mornings were always perfect weather, & when winds would pick up in the afternoon, the pool by the gym on the roof was always more protected from the winds, which was nice. We had a slight hiccup with check-in as our QR code didn’t work, but Rod was very responsive giving alternate ways to get into the unit. We would stay again.
