Shari’s place was very comfortable. Everything was as pictured and had all the amenities needed for your stay. The garden is really lovely and very relaxing. There’s a small table on the patio for morning coffee. The beach is not far to walk where there are restaurants and shopping. There is also a la comer an uber ride away. The neighborhood was friendly as was Shari’s little dog Lola! A great place for a short or a long stay!

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

The place is amazing, quiet, elegant, modern and very comfortable. The pool is phenomenal for its view and the cleanliness of the water is breathtaking. I would definitely come back

Our stay in this place was unbeatable, it is more beautiful than the images, nice decor, the well equipped kitchen, wide terrace for breakfast or eating enjoying beautiful view as it is right on the beach, with very comfortable beds and armchairs, swimming pools with excellent temperature, with security we would return. We appreciate the attentions of Ignacio and all the staff who always attended with pleasure.

Very good place. The positive thing is... very well located, excellent view. Close to everything. Easy to get to and comfortable. The only issues I had, which are very minor, are the access with the password, the keyboard is not very precise, I struggled a little to enter as it fails a little. The door to the main bedroom and bathroom doesn't close properly, the wood is swollen. Minor but correctable details. It was a pleasant stay because of the place and the location, the communication is very good. And I passed it with a 9/10 rating.

Jonas was a great host with a gorgeous apartment. One tiny issue came up but was fixed within minutes due to Jonas’ quick attention. The property was perfect. We loved every minute.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As an Airbnb Superhost managing 45 properties myself, I have high standards when I travel and this penthouse in Puerto Vallarta absolutely delivered. The space is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight has to be the stunning city view from the penthouse level—watching the sunset over the skyline was truly magical. The location is unbeatable. Everything we wanted to do was either a short walk or a quick Uber ride away, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. From great restaurants to beach clubs and local attractions, nothing felt out of reach. One thing to note: while the penthouse elevation offers fantastic views, you can still hear some of the busy street noise at night. That said, it wasn’t noticeable during the day, and it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, I was very impressed.

This condo is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with stunning ocean views. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and all furnishings were in excellent condition and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like Kleenex, paper towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a complimentary mid-week cleaning. The unit doesn’t have a microwave, so we had to reheat food on the stove. The rooftop area, including the gym and jacuzzi, was under renovation during our stay, which was disappointing, but we were informed it’s expected to be completed by July. The main-level pool was absolutely gorgeous and we had it all to ourselves. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to great restaurants, a grocery store and easy access to the beach. Miguel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful, serene getaway - this place is for you. It is walkable to so many restaurants & cafes. There’s a grocery store around the corner. I’m a marathon runner a ran ~20km/day. There are bike lanes and I felt extremely safe, even into the late evening. There’s a track less than 1km away. The condo faces the ocean & has the most stunning view! I can’t say enough great things. It was perfect and I will be back!

The condo was great! We loved the view from the rooftop pool!!! It’s in a wonderful location to walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. The romantic zone area is very lgbtq friendly if that’s what you are into this is a perfect place for you.

Caroline’s apartment is stunning. The views are beautiful of the marina, the kitchen is well appointed and the design of the unit is beautiful. She was very very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit! The roof top pool is also stunning!
