Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mexico Beach

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the pool and a super quick walk to the beach. The beach cart provided was a total game changer—it rolled effortlessly on the sand and made beach days a breeze. The unit was spotless and incredibly clean, which we really appreciated. It’s fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We also loved how close everything was—stores, restaurants, and even ice cream were all just minutes away. Truly a fantastic place to stay—we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

Barbara was the perfect host. So helpful with everything. She even set up the beach umbrella for us! Everything was clean. Kitchen had everything needed. Even a coffee maker to make a pot of coffee or K-Cups! Will definitely come back.

This airbnb is a gem! We loved the area and so close to the beach. The natural beauty and laid back atmosphere make for a very relaxing vacation. Scott takes great care and gives so much attention to detail. He has generously stocked the bnb with tasty treats and provisions. It's such a peaceful cozy place with a wonderful view of the sea. Scott communicates promptly and gives great recommendations. And that creme brulee donut, yum!!!

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

You will not go wrong when choosing this booking. This was by far one of the best stays we have stayed in at the beach. This was our first time to stay in Mexico Beach and it did not disappoint! Very convenient to the beach and pool is just right around the corner. Zach was very responsive with any questions that I had m. We would definitely book this house again.

Absolutely loved our stay! David and Karen were very responsive with all our inquiries, providing us with a great list of things to do, restaurants, etc. The house was beautiful and spacious having everything we needed. We had a great stay here! Everything was exactly as described and our host always responded quickly! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The yard was perfect for our pup and we enjoyed the patio and grill. The beach was a short walk across the street, we couldn't have asked for more! We definitely recommend this space and would stay again!

I can’t begin to describe what an amazing beach house this was. It went above and beyond my expectations. I felt right at home as if it was my own. The distance to the beach was perfect. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. I was able to take my dog for a few mile long walks around the neighborhood. The sunsets are beautiful as well as the early morning breeze that blows through the screened in porch. The swing on the porch was big enough to sleep on. And if you are lucky you might even get to hear, see and feel the jets fly over heading towards or away from the near by Air Force base. But don’t worry you would hardly know the base was there unless you knew ahead of time. There are many restaurants and a cute little downtown. There is a lighthouse in town and even a Sea Turtle Center. I would definitely recommend Lourdes’ Pink Door Vacay and cannot wait to go there again soon.

Great place, easy walk to the beach, nothing fancy but quite comfortable with all necessary amenities and fenced backyard.

Igor’s place was perfect. Definitely a 5 minute walk to the beach and sparkling clean. He checked in us regularly and made the process easy.

We had an amazing time! A bunch of teachers looking for rest and relaxation with our pups! We loved the calm private beach in the residence and the usage of the golf cart made it so easy to get around! The pool was amazing! There are beautiful beaches with waves close by but having a peaceful calm beach not packed with people was right up our alley! The beds were super comfortable and we could not have had a better stay! We hope to be back for a longer time next year!

Great place to stay to do some fishing. Super close to the water, quiet neighborhood and nice house. Big backyard with grill and fireplace which was awesome for hanging out after fishing. Hoping to stay here again soon.

I couldn't have stayed at a better Airbnb than this!! Location was perfect, walkable to almost anything food, grocer and retail. The space was extremely clean as well. My boys loved the bunk beds. The views is absolutely breathtaking. I didn't want to leave

Leesa was a wonderful host—very responsive and kind throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The door lock was a bit tricky at first, but we figured it out quickly. The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. the place was as advertised, right on the beach easy beach access great food services down stairs big plus the Starbucks for our coffee addiction! there was a few great bars in the area all in walking distance! Tommy And Randie were very helpful from start to finish. Book here they won't let you down! Will definitely be returning customers!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute beach chic condo! It was absolutely perfect for our little family. The location right on the beach was fantastic, and the views were just great – we loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The condo itself was stylish and comfortable, with a really lovely beachy vibe. The only minor issue we encountered was with the television in the master bedroom. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use it during our stay as it kept logging us out and displaying error messages. It would definitely be a nice improvement if this could be updated. Despite that small inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this condo to other small families looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We hope to be back again in the future!
