Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mexico Beach

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

Barbara was the perfect host. So helpful with everything. She even set up the beach umbrella for us! Everything was clean. Kitchen had everything needed. Even a coffee maker to make a pot of coffee or K-Cups! Will definitely come back.

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

It was perfect for what I needed. If you are looking for a small cozy place for just you or for a couples vacation it’s perfect. Had a short walk to beach and is in a good location will definitely keep it in mind for future visits!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, nice, safe, and very quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our little boy especially loved the fish pond, which was a highlight for him. Ricky’s wife, Julia, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She showed us such warm hospitality and was so patient and kind with our son—he absolutely adored her! We truly felt at home and would love to stay here again whenever we visit Panama City. Highly recommend!

This was the most beautiful and serene home I’ve EVER rented on this platform. Kristie’s place had everything you could possibly need during your stay and I love to smell a clean house🥰 The house was spotless! Bed linen and towels were ample and CLEAN! You will see wildlife which is normal in the area and we loved the dolphins that appeared in the lake. Kayaks available and my Marine got a great workout 😂The resort style pool did not disappoint and she also had floats. With the installed fans and canopy you will stay cool. I’m already looking to rebook! If you’re interested in true relaxation, look no further and book now😍🎉🎉

If you're looking for a quiet and laid-back beach town St. Joe Beach/Port Saint Joe is a perfect spot, and Three Little Birds is a great house to stay in. The house is right across the street from the beach with unobstructed views of the water. Everything inside and out is clean, well-kept and comfortable. The location is perfect for a quiet get away, but also only about ten minutes from Port Saint Joe, so you are easily able to explore some different restaurants and shops in that area. Great place to spend a vacation.

Prashant’s place was the perfect spot for our annual girls trip! The walk across the street to the beach was short and easy. The balconies were nice that you could see the sunrise and sunset from them. The place had everything we needed for the week including beach chairs! The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for the 4 of us. Prashant was quick at responding and kept us informed before our arrival as well. We will definitely be back!

Always a great vacation staying here. Great location, house is extremely clean and comfortable, and a great neighborhood. Jonathon and Kourtney are always on top of it. They made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay to do some fishing. Super close to the water, quiet neighborhood and nice house. Big backyard with grill and fireplace which was awesome for hanging out after fishing. Hoping to stay here again soon.

We had an awesome stay! Just a short walk to the beach, it was the ideal spot for a relaxing family vacation. The outdoor deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and had very friendly neighbors. The owner was super helpful and responsive. There is a small pond a few blocks away where I liked to watch the birds in the evenings. Fishing was good on the beach too! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly beach escape!

Man, this place is a 3 minute walk from the BEACH! It provides a beach cart, shibumi (shade Canopy for the beach), cornhole for the back yard (yes you get a whole backyard to yourself that’s very private), a grill, and every kitchen appliance you can ask for! The place was immaculately clean and had everything you could want. It also has an outdoor shower and toilet!((YOU HAVE TO TRY IT!))) This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. It has two bedrooms and comes with a pullout couch. Mexico Beach has that chill vibe that’s not super crowded. Try out the shell shack, they will steam your fresh shrimp and you can take it back to the perfect house to enjoy!

The Great Escape was the perfect house for our little family! -Beachfront -CLEAN -Dog friendly -The BEST screened in porch on the Cape -Walking distance to coffee and ice cream Could not have asked for a better week!

Wonderful view. Elevators were quick. Great place to stay!

Carla's place was easily the most beautiful, and fully loaded Airb&B we have ever stayed in. Carla really goes above and beyond with detail and thinking about the little things. A good example of this is she provided dish soap, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towel. Airb&b's we have stayed at in the past we have always had to come fully packed with essentials as such listed above, it was a wonderful surprise to see that she had those little things covered. The condo itself resembles the photos exactly, and the view is beautiful. Thanks, Carla, for being such a great host!

Fred and Rene’s place was perfect for my husband and I on our vacation! It was extremely clean and had a cozy feel. It was walking distance to several restaurants and shops, which was a plus with heavy vehicle traffic. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Booked Alwz place at the last minute for a Father's Day getaway for my man, and I miat say it was just great!! When we walked in we were welcomed with a clean, beautiful, and great smelling condo. Cleanliness and smell matters to me! Also, the view of the ocean was breathtaking! You are on the beach and to hear and see the waves crashing while sitting on the patio was so serene. Alex was very engaging informing us on everything up until the day we left, very responsive and so nice. No issues, just a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!
