An excellent and cozy apartment, not far from Paris itself. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Public transportation took a lot of time due to the apartment's distance from the city, but overall everything was just great!

It was very nice to use the bikes. The accommodation is very recommended. I was with my two daughters in Paris.

Great experience, quiet area, very welcoming host, excellent explanations. Special mention for the decor, so my daughters want the same at home lol I was surprised that my little one (1 year old) felt at home she slept well no 😁one wanted to leave. 🤣 I recommend it, see you soon

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodation met our expectations, although in summer the air conditioning does not reach the bedroom with the main bed. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We had a great stay, the host allowed us to enter the accommodation earlier than expected. The apartment was well cleaned, as well as the bathroom. There were also cleaning products, a washing machine and ironing equipment for long stays. The small bathroom was in very good condition with good water pressure. Transportation is very close and it allowed us to easily and quickly visit Versailles.

Our stay was fantastic! Marie was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. She was also super accommodating by allowing us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. As two girls traveling alone, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location was perfect, with easy access to metro line 9, making it simple to get around all of Paris. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is brand new, very practical and tastefully furnished. We only missed a dining table and a larger mirror. It is about 20-25 minutes' walk downhill to the metro, with a bus just around the corner that takes you to the metro. Overall, however, the journey to the city center takes just under an hour, depending on the time of day. The area is very quiet and also very safe at night on foot.

The listing is well-located. The owner is very attentive and accommodating. The accommodation is new, located in a new residential neighborhood. I would highly recommend it!

Guy et Thomas were great hosts and we loved their place. It was the perfect size for our family of 7 (young children ages 11 - 3). The location was easily accessible by metro and rail lines to access Notre Dame de Paris, Palace of Versailles, and everything between - also, easy parking close to the place. Access to the place via the pedestrian- street was perfect for quiet evenings. Guy et Thomas were responsive - providing fans during two hot days in June to make our sleeping more comfortable. We would 100% recommend them and their place.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
