The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

Very well communicated apartment in a quiet area. Maybe it could have better maintenance and cleaning, but it wasn't anything that affected our stay. We would repeat, for sure.

Luci stands out as the most helpful, friendly and communicative host I have EVER stayed with. As a solo female traveler it felt so reassuring for her to reach out proactively and give me lots of tips and detailed insight on her apartment and the neighborhood. Whenever I had a question she was always quick to respond and was super thorough. I can tell just how much she cares about the experience people have when they stay with her. Her apartment was super close to public transportation and grocery stores. The place itself was spotless and looked newly remodeled with lots of helpful appliances and amenities. I was able to cook lovely meals in her decked out kitchen and eat them on her terrace. While she's only on the second floor having an elevator also was a bonus. And I felt extra safe and secure knowing the door to her building had a security code. The building was peaceful and calm. I am super grateful to Luci for a great stay!

Paulo is welcoming and warm. we were very well received. Impeccable studio and filled with small touches. everything you need is in the accommodation. we will come back to it during our next trip to Paris.

Amaury couldn't have been more helpful! We posed several questions and received immediate replies, which given she was in New York at the time of our travel is pretty impressive!! (Thank you again Amaury) Surrounded by mature trees, bushes the property is a large, well appointed, secluded Parisian house. High ceilings, expansive rooms. Beds (linen and towels) were comfortable. Garden/grounds are large and haven for butterflies etc. Located opposite a beautiful lake and has plenty of parking which is secure behind mature trees and large gates. The kitchen is open plan, large and modern. Huge fridge/freezer. Laundry room is located downstairs. A small grocers & baker are to be found 10 mins walk from the property across the railway bridge. Highly recommended. We were 4 ladies, of mature years, travelling/driving from the UK. We felt safe and secure at night. We would highly recommend Amaury and this property and hope to return in the future, with families.

A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Everything was functional: jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just a few minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with all comforts. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

The house was fully equipped to make you feel like if you were home. Very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed our stay with our family and even shared a dinner together there. Solveig and Julien's accommodation is very nice, clean and functional. The neighborhood is quiet, green and flowery, well served by shops and the tram is nearby. Beautiful park with small lake, water games and children's playgrounds at a tram station. It takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour by public transport to reach the key monuments (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Cité des Sciences, etc.). Solveig and Julien are accommodating and discreet hosts.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
