Villa holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Genoa

We stayed at Villa Nelly for one month! It was a great decision as a place to stay, both because of the amenities and the space it offered. The villa is spacious and has a nice, private terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast and a glass of wine now and then. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the space was really generous. We also had a dishwasher and a washing machine—what a blast! Plus, there was a garage for our car. To get to Rapallo, we mostly took the main road, and it was a 20+ minute walk downhill; to get back, it was about a 35-40 minute walk uphill. But you also have the option of the bus, line 775. For 2 euros, you can visit Rapallo, and the ticket is available for 2 hours, so you can use that line to visit all the cities on the Genoa route or other lines to visit like Santa Margherita. We used the car too, but not so much. The conversation with Riccardo went smoothly, and we really appreciated how responsive he was and the suggestions he gave us for places to eat.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind & einem Hund für 7 Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation war völlig unkompliziert & zuverlässig. Wir wurden beim Check in lieb begrüßt und all unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Hang. Massimos Wegbeschreibung war sehr hilfreich. Man kann auch zu Fuß vom Haus in die Stadt oder zum Hafen laufen. Ein Auto ist aber für Gepäck oder Einkäufe in unseren Augen notwendig. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, verfügt über 3 Badezimmer und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ganz lieb von den Gastgebern war, dass sie für eine Grundausstattung an Kaffee gesorgt hatten, das kam den Koffeinjunkies unter uns sehr entgegen. Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt. Hund und Kind konnten sich im Garten austoben. Wir haben eigentlich sieben Tage nur auf der wunderschönen Terasse verbracht. Wir sind Massimo und Antonella sehr dankbar für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Appartement très agréable, jardin, très chouette. Le logement est situé dans un village de montagne typique. La seule réserve concerne la chaleur. Nos hôtes n’en sont bien sûr pas responsables. En revanche, nous avons dû dormir fenêtres ouvertes, et le bruit de la pourtant faible circulation est gênant. Cependant, Elena nous a indiqué qu’elle travaillait à mettre la climatisation, ce qui rendra le logement encore plus agréable. Pour le reste, Elena est une hôte très prévenante, n’hésitant pas à donner de précieux conseils sur la manière de visiter la région qui est d’ailleurs absolument magnifique.

Unser Urlaub war super schön. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Der Grundstück ist sehr groß und somit super für eine größere Gruppe. Die Kommunikation mit Luciano war super und unkompliziert. 🌞

We had a great time at Donata’s accommodation! The communication was excellent! She and her Team were very friendly and accommodating! Even the Dog we brought, enjoyed the Vacation as well! Thank you for everything! Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war wunderbar! In die Unterkunft gelangt man am besten mit dem Auto (grosser Parkplatz vorhanden), das Haus liegt am Hügel etwas oberhalb von Lavagna. Zwischen zahlreichen Olivenbäumen und mit Blick aufs Meer ist hier der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen! Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Infrastraktur sowie die Umgebung wirken sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich - ob per Chat, Telefon oder vor Ort. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Vi havde en dejlig familieferie i Remos hus med vores to små børn og fik bedsteforældrebesøg undervejs. Udlejeren var nem og god at kommunikere med både før, under og efter vores ophold. Huset havde mange fine værelser, og vi brugte kun den ene etage og havde godt med plads stadig. Huset ligger meget smukt i den rolige ende af byen med kort afstand til de hyggelige små gader i centrum af byen og en fantastisk strand blot nogle få hundrede meter nede ad bakken. Sestri Levante er en skøn by, og vi kommer meget gerne retur en anden god gang i fremtiden.

We had an awesome stay at this house with a group of 12 friends for 4 days and 3 nights. The place was super spacious and comfy, perfect for all of us to hang out and relax, and the views are stunning! Olga and Paolo were amazing hosts. Super friendly and flexible with our arrival and departure times, and they even brought us some delicious focaccia as a goodbye treat, such a nice surprise! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful escape away from the crowds.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Paolo. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Garten war wunderbar gepflegt und auch die Nachbarn sehr freundlich. Der Pool war sauber und die Lage sehr idyllisch gelegen und perfekt für Wanderungen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas kurvig aber machbar. Wir haben oft gegrillt und den wunderbaren Ausblick genossen. Paolo war immer hilfsbereit und auch der Check-In Und Out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir können das Haus von Paolo wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Alles perfekt, hatten nur kein Glück mit dem Wetter! Alte Villa mit sehr viel Charme und und allem was man so braucht! Bei voller Besetzung wäre ein zweites Sofa im Wohnzimmer ganz nett! Betten waren hervorragend, auch wenn man bei einigen nicht länger als 1,90 sein darf! Toller Garten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit etwas längeren Laufwegen, da Geschirr zT im Wohnzimmer steht, und Spülmaschine in der Speisekammer, aber so ist es halt in alten Häusern! Vermieter IMMER ansprechbar, vor Ort und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen wenn die Sonne scheint!

Our family of four had an incredible stay at Franco & Paola's beautiful home. We fell in love with the house, the nature surrounding it, the ocean, even the town of Varraze itself. The house had everything we could've wanted or needed, perfectly appointed with a view that i'm still dreaming of two weeks later. Franco & Paola were amazing hosts and left impeccable local recommendations. If you are fortunate enough to book time here my only suggestion is don't make too many plans as you, like us, might have to abandon them as you'd rather not go anywhere else. Paolo was a phenomenal host! All of our expectations were met! The view, comfort and hospitality couldn’t have been better. I would recommend Paolo to any traveler seeking top notch service and experience.

Unsere Aufenthalt in Isabellas Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Der Blick ist atemberaubend. Um zum Haus zu gelangen ist ein schmales Auto wichtig.

We stayed at Andreas for 3 weeks. This was a beautiful location. The House itself was clean and well furnished. The gardens were lovely and well equipped with lovely gazebo to relax or eat in, a pool with great poolside furniture and bar b q and table under the shade of a vine. We bought our little dog with us and the garden is completely enclosed so we didn't have to worry about him escaping or getting lost. Beds were really comfy. The kitchen was really well equipped, the large balcony was a great place to eat breakfast. The village in a 5minute walk away and we went to the bakery every morning to collect breakfast. The bakery is also a locate shop a massive bonus. There is also a bar in the village which was another bonus. The Pizza restaurant in the village was brilliant you could have a 5 course meal or a pizza using all local produce. All in all this was a great place and we will definitely come back. Geniales Haus mit großem Garten und großem Pool. Auch wenn die Anfahrt ein steiniger Waldweg ist, lohnt sich der Weg. Das Haus ist groß und hat alles an großen Töpfen etc. für einen tollen Aufenthalt von sogar bis zu 10 Personen. Donata und Alfredo wohnen selbst im Winter im Haus , sodass einfach alles da ist! Man muss das Haus nicht verlassen , um einen guten Urlaub zu haben! Auch sind wenig Nachbarn in der Nähe, die man stören könnte. Man ist aber auch innerhalb von 20 Minuten an einem großen Supermarkt oder in 10 Minuten bei einem kleinen Laden im Dorf von Mornese. Donata und alfredo sind super nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ich empfehle das Haus absolut für einen Urlaub mit Familie oder als Freundesgruppe , klasse ! Vielen Dank @ Donata und Alfredo !!

Emanuela est une hôte très accueillante! Elle nous a présenté les chevaux de son écuries, a fait faire une promenade aux enfants, et a partagé sa passion. La maison est top, adaptée pour des familles, la piscine était très agréable et la présence d’un grand jardin très appréciable ! Pour un moment de calme dans le Piémont, allez y !

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (2 Kindern, 5 und 8 Jahre) und unseren Schwiegereltern eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Gastgeberin sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, vollständig ausgestattet, charmant dekoriert und mit vielen kleinen und großen Dingen so gestaltet, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die wichtigsten Nummern für Taxi sind ebenso vorbereitet, wie Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Nutzung der Küche,… Wir haben sehr viel selbst gekocht, was in der komplett ausgestatteten Küche viel Spaß gemacht hat. Der Garten ist bezaubernd. Top gepflegt, viele Sitzecken und Liegemöglichkeiten, ein sauberer Pool, Spielzeug für die Kinder (und Erwachsenen),… Der Ausblick ist wahnsinnig schön und lädt zum gemütlichen Glas Wein am Abend genauso ein, wie zur entspannten Tasse Kaffee am Morgen und einem ausgedehnten Frühstück. We had a great time! The villa is high on the hill with endlessly pretty views. The benefit of a terrace outside each bedroom was a lovely addition, each had amazing views to enjoy your morning coffee. The pool area was a perfect space for the whole group, and the large table on the main terrace was perfectly spacious for a big group. There are a great many areas of table and chairs to escape to. The bus runs each hour to and from Rapallo, on the road beneath the house. From Rapallo there are the ferries and trains to many surrounding areas. We also took the steps down into Santa Margherita which takes about 20 minutes. Overall the location is very much easy enough to reach with public transport and a nice escape for large groups. The Villa itself was a lovely space to spend the day and night in and was clean. Thank you!

Siamo stati nella casa relax per 5 giorni ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. La casa è proprio come in foto, curata in ogni dettaglio e rifornita come una casa abitata, non manca nulla. La piscina è utilissima così come la doccia esterna con acqua calda. Il giardino è molto esteso e recintato per la gioia del nostro cane. Non mancano sdraio, poltroncine e amache. Molto apprezzate le zanzariere in ogni ambiente. Daniele ed Emanuela ci hanno accolto amichevolmente, illustrandoci la casa e dispensando consigli sul territorio e sugli agriturismi dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene! Molto reattivi rispetto a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Anche i vicini sono molto simpatici e davvero disponibili. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliata per esplorare la valle ma anche semplicemente per rilassarsi!! La strada per arrivarci è sicuramente stretta e tortuosa ma non trafficata quindi non rappresenta un problema. Insomma, un bilancio più che positivo! Grazie ancora di tutto

We absolutely loved our stay at Stefano's house! The location was beautiful - we did some really lovely walks in the surrounding hills and some day trips to the coast. The house itself was wonderful. We loved the character of the building and appreciated the care with which it has been restored. The furniture was all really interesting and well curated. We felt right at home and it was the perfect cosy spot on the colder days. We still managed to enjoy the pool when the sun came out! We would definitely love to come and stay again someday. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us :)
