A wonderful apartment in a very walkable location. Lots of great restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.

It was particularly cheap for accommodation in Florence. It was a room for one person, but when I asked Andrea if the two of us could stay, she gladly agreed. The location is very close to the station, and I was able to put down my heavy luggage right away.◯ It is also not so far from major tourist attractions such as Domo. The room is small, but it is no different from a 1k single room in Japan.In fact, it was quite comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients at the market, cook and eat!That was the most satisfying part!

Apartment had everything that we needed for the stay! Both hosts were super responsive and Marco met us on time upon our arrival! Wished we could stay longer! It was a convenient location.

We loved our stay in this beautiful spotless apartment in Florence. It was exactly as described and in a great location that is so convenient for walking everywhere. It was well stocked with everything we needed. And had a comfy bed. We also loved the restaurant recommendations that were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! The jacuzzi was great and the place had all you could want including a fridge! Hosts were very responsive and helpful!

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.

One of the best stays we've ever had! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Florence, with a grand entrance, automated check-in, and even an elevator (a rarity in historic buildings). The apartment strikes the perfect balance between home and hotel: super comfortable beds, great AC, beautiful views, and thoughtful touches like a microwave, coffee machine, chilled water, and high-quality toiletries. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Matteo and his incredible team. They were always responsive, kind, and full of amazing local recommendations—including the best Florentine steak spots! When our baby wasn’t feeling well, Matteo went above and beyond—personally bringing us saline and a nasal kit at midnight. That care meant the world to us. Warm, genuine, and professional hosting. We’ll absolutely be back!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

The house is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The sound and thermal insulation is excellent. Even at the height of the Italian summer heat, the house was very cool and comfortable. The neighborhood is great, with bars, restaurants and a supermarket just a few steps away. Tourist attractions are easily accessible, just a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Sara was incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to ensure that I had an amazing experience. Check-in was very simple and the location was easy to find. In the house, you will find several guidelines and tips for guests, which is very useful. I highly recommend it! An incredible experience!

Gorgeous apartment in central, Florence you couldn't ask for any closer to the city centre and the price was amazing for how good the apartment was. Eletta was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely reccomend

Barbara’s place was the perfect spot for our time in Florence. A short walk from the train station and all the attractions were walkable from here. It was clean, tidy and had everything we could need and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was great. You can't imagine a better hostess and host than Paola and Enrico! Always respond, very friendly, very good tips! The apartment feels completely like home. Good place in the city. We do everything by bike. Perfect!

Aida’s home was bright and inviting. From the initial check in, Aida and her boyfriend were accommodating and helpful, and always very responsive. Even when we had a few hiccups during our stay, they were flexible and went out of the way to help us. Additionally, the apartment is in a wonderful location- situated amongst many restaurants and sites. I would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Florence.

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

We were immediately enchanted by this property. Everything here makes up the image that one can have of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good right away, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a favorite, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and our children loved the pool. It’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. We would love to come again. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

Amazing home with a stunning view of Florence. Raffaella provided clear instructions on how to get to her house and even left us taped notes at the entrance so we wouldn't get lost on our arrival day. We stayed a total of 9 nights with two adults and two kids under ten and enjoyed every minute of it—the private pool, the stunning view, and the private backyard were all more than we asked for. Highly recommend.

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

We had a lovely a time at the property. It was exactly as described and had amazing views. The host was very welcoming and was exceptionally helpful. It is fairly easily to get to the city centre from the property. There are two fairly regular buses and we were able to use a maps app pretty successfully to predict travel times.
