Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

This stay felt like something out of a movie! We were greeted with such warmth. The house is so beautiful and well-renovated—high quality details from the bathroom to the woodwork plus the plot of land is quintessentially Tuscany. And when Andrea found out we didn’t have a rental car, he offered to drive us! We had a wonderful time at a nearby winery, Tenuta Barbadoro, then watched the sunset from a field near the main downtown area before having a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, Restaurante Bistrot lo Zero. We woke up to the smell of croissants and sound of chirping birds. The perfect Italian countryside experience.

Exceptional place ! The stay is just like a museum , amazing artistic place leaves you in awe! Very well connected, peaceful and luxury stay. Alessandra was an extraordinary host , nothing to complain at all . Thankyou for an absolutely delightful stay .

This is a spectacular Airbnb run by some of the loveliest people I’ve met! The surroundings were peaceful and quiet and nothing short of breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and even when we left early Alessandro set it up for us. By staying here you’re also minutes away from some excellent vineyards, towns, and cities. We actually ended up booking an extra night because we loved it so much. I could not recommend staying here enough!

Wonderful apartment with a beautiful backyard in a quiet area, still close to the city center.

This is a true gem! I almost didn't write this review because I don't want to let this secret hideaway become overcrowded and unable to book when I go back to Florence. An authentic Florentine bed and breakfast, centrally located, safe, clean, and the best part are the hosts that treat you like family! Breakfast and coffee-phenomenal! Not only are you getting a lovely and quaint place to stay, but you also get the assistance and care from Riccardo and his wife to have the best experience in Florence. Both were so helpful in arranging a tour of the Chianti region, being present for my lost luggage so I didn't worry and waste time waiting for the delivery, making reservations to places I couldn't get into, giving advice for sites to see, even ordering a taxi for departure, and offering historical information about the city and its many changes. They go over and above what is expected from an air bnb! Will definitely stay again if they will have me!

Gaia’s villa was wonderful. She was so helpful along with her staff. The room was clean, beautiful, the grounds were gorgeous. Would highly recommend her villa.

È stato per me il soggiorno più bello di sempre. Sono stata 3 giorni e 2 notti per motivi di lavoro, ma il paesaggio, il letto comodo, l'arredamento e soprattutto la Attenzione che ha Marco verso i suoi ospiti mi hanno fatta sentire a casa. Dal primo momento è sempre stato disponibile e subito reattivo al rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Tutto molto alla portata di mano e la posizione direi perfetta, se si vuole anche passare un weekend fuori città. Lo consiglio vivamente ci tornerò sicuramente! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a great place for a great price! We stayed two nights and it was an absolutely beautiful place right on the river! Claudio was very responsive and prepared us an amazing breakfast in the morning.

Wir haben uns sofort sooo wohl gefühlt 🤩 Egal ob zu zweit oder in einer großen Gruppe, wir würden sofort wieder hierher kommen. Giulia ist unglaublich herzlich und freundlich und bemüht 😊 Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man abschalten und entspannen möchte und auf dem Anwesen gibt es so viele verschiedene Plätze, wo man es sich gemütlich machen kann. Das Personal ist total nett und das Essen war extrem gut 😋 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Paluffo is something out of a story book! In the Tuscan area it was just magnificent! From the main gathering area and where we had breakfast and the patio that looks over to the vineyard was amazing! Our room was beautiful and comfortable and we had a common area that was so comfortable and beautiful! Paluffo is what dreams are made of…..We will always have our hearts here…

I could not recommend Il Segreto more. We had a perfect stay—the room, the view, the food. Every detail is perfection and so thoughtful. The hospitality is incredible. The breakfast and dinner were the best of our entire trip. I’m so grateful I found this gem. Don’t hesitate and stay here. We will we back!!

This stay was beyond our dreams! The scenery was breathtaking and the care from the team was the best! They were always kind and helpful when needed. The room was lovely and the gardens where you can sit and relax were a great bonus! The pool was exquisite! Everything here was a 10/10! Highly recommend staying here!

Auch wenn wir leider nur 2 Nächte blieben, hatten wir eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, die Poolanlage schön und die Aussicht auf die Weinberge unglaublich. Es ist ruhig und das Frühstück mit viel Herz serviert, selbst glutenfreies Essen war kein Problem. Daniele war sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt einfach genossen und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Camera veramente curata nei dettagli, molto accogliente. L'host gentile, puntuale e disponibile. L'atmosfera è rilassante e familiare. Consiglio a tutti di visitare questo luogo

What a special and exclusive place to stay... Villa in Carmignano is 16-th century house with history all around it. Very authentic place. Isabella is very nice host. We did enjoy the place and our dinner on terrace with unbelievable views. Parking is free. It is not very far from Florence. We would stay again!

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

Questo B&B é ideale per chi voglia conoscere la Toscana e voglia viverla al meglio: Daniela e Giampaolo, gli host, sono persone squisite e gentili che ci hanno accolto in un alloggio bellissimo in questa casa storica e preparato una ricca colazione con pietanze tipiche locali, sia dolci che salate composte da formaggi e salumi tipici della tradizione dei dintorni e torte preparate in casa e con marmellate freschissime. Oltre ad ospitarci, ci hanno consigliato tantissimi luoghi da visitare nei dintorni ricchi di storia e di bellezze locali, sia vicine come Loro Ciuffenna che distanti come Arezzo e oltre, con i vari musei, architetture e passeggiate che ci hanno fatto vivere un pezzo di Toscana al meglio. Per noi questo punto é stato importantissimo, sono stati consigli che difficilmente si trovano altrove e la passione con cui Daniela ne parlava ci ha convinto ancora di più a fare queste avventure culturali. Vivamente consigliato a chi voglia una vacanza chill in un'ambiente sereno.

La atención de Lorenzo y Claudia fue excelente, de 11 sobre 10. El lugar es un paraíso en la tierra y la mansión (que no casa) sobrepasó todas nuestras expectativas. Las indicaciones para la llegada y la estancia, siempre claras y precisas. El robot cortacésped no nos dio problemas y las chicas pudieron disfrutar de la piscina en un día caluroso. Fácil acceso desde Pisa o Lucca o Florencia. Seguro que volveremos y lo utilizaremos como punto de referencia.

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Il B&B è accogliente e pulito; un'ottima soluzione per un week-end.

La soluzione che Lavinia propone è perfetta per brevi (ma anche non brevissime!) soste. Il giardino è fantastico, gli spazi comuni sono accoglienti. Lavinia e la mamma sono persone educate e premurose, ma per nulla invadenti. La stanza è perfetta per riposare ed foto corrispondono esattamente alla realtà. Grazie! PS la colazione era… deliziosa!

Soggiorno splendido, anche se siamo rimasti una sola notte, la struttura è fantastica. Enrico e la sua compagna sono eccezionali, i cani fantastici. Grazie di tutto

We loved our stay here! Everything was beautifully clean and we found staying in this little town a more affordable way to still easily access other parts of Chianti by bus. The free breakfast at the local cafe of croissants and hot chocolate was INCREDIBLE! Thank you Andrea again for the stay 💜💜💜💜
