Fantastic accommodation. Very comfortable, spotless with excellent communication from the host. Very close to the NEC with parking right outside, a garden with seating and umbrella and large TV - perfect. Highly recommended AAA+++

Excellent house for a few days while working at the NEC.

We booked this accommodation for a conference at the NEC in Birmingham. It was very close to a bus stop for the airport & NEC. The accommodation was also very clean. Atena kept us updated and responded quickly to messages. We'd recommend Atena as a host and this accommodation!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

Great hosts! We stayed at the house for a couple of nights as our friend was getting married near by, it was perfect for what we were after. Comfortable beds, clean, and nicely decorated, definitely worth what we paid! The area is gorgeous, you should definitely check out the bakery near by! I found Kate and Marina's communication really good. Thank you!

Lovely little place, perfect to stay at for events at the NEC. Superbly clean, has everything you need for a night's stay. Victoria's communication was superb, messaged back quickly and left some nice little treats for arrival. Also handy to charge your EV too. Would definitely recommend and will likely be stay again in the future.

Me and my girls absolutely loved staying here, Gareth greeted us with a friendly smile, he was extremely helpful on places to visit and helped us locate places to eat, visit and shop. Cadburys world is only a short walk from the property, so was perfectly located for us, and the train station is not to far so we could head into central Birmingham for the Bullring shopping centre. The property itself was super clean and comfortable, with everything you needed for a lovely stay. Even had some games that that girls really enjoyed playing. We will definitely book again, if we are ever in the area again.

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely clean place near nice walking areas and historic pubs

Great 1 night stay!!! The apartment was so easy to find with clear instructions to collect keys. Location is perfect with a lot of restaurants and shops to visit. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Great communication with host and I will be coming again if this place is available. Thank you.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay whilst visiting our son at Warwick University. Julie‘s place is great, very convenient and just as described. Julie is very helpful and the complimentary treats left in the fridge were very much appreciated by everyone. Many thanks and we hope to visit again.

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

Stayed here for an event at the NEC nice furnishings, comfortable beds, clean towels provided. Host was very easy to contact and responded quickly to any enquiries. lovely place to stay would definitely book again if I'm in the area.
