Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Metropolitan Borough of Solihull

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

What a unique and beautiful property in a location which is truly memorable. Luxurious accommodation kept immaculately with all required comforts and more. Views from all sides were incredible. The bar nearby is in our opinion the best by far in town. We were disappointed not to have the parking which is usually available, due to building work, but that is only temporary. Parking for the 24 hours was quite expensive and we all had heavy luggage though we were given a few weeks notice. Overall though wonderful. Good communication.

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

I wish all Airbnb’s were like this one! We honestly didn’t want to leave! Bill and Hazel were a delight, so helpful in the run up to our booking as well as while we were there. Our accommodation was stunning, so tastefully decorated with every possible amenity, it really was home from home and we can’t wait to return.

Emma and Ian were the PERFECT hosts, they were both so so easy to communicate with and went the extra mile with decorations for me and my partner’s anniversary. Couldn’t recommend any more highly!!!

Very clean air bnb perfectly situated for NEC and airport. Propoerty located on nice clean estate with plenty of parking. Property was as described and was very clean. Host was easybto contact via website and sms.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Was a perfect getaway to the countryside for us. Nice accomodation. We did lots of cooking in the kitchen and lots of eating in the garden. Garden was well fenced off and a good space for our dog to run around in. Great views out the windows of the apartment of the surrounding fields. 15-20mins drive into Stratford Upon Avon. Hosts were very friendly, helpfup, and commincation was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

My week here was fabulous. Lisa is friendly and welcoming. She left us loads of breakfast food including our dietary requirements. She was available should we have needed anything else (we didn’t!). The accommodation was spacious with access to the garden - I sat out there every afternoon after wonderful walks in the nearby hills. A 20 minute walk took us into the centre of the town. I can definitely recommend Lisa’s accommodation, and would stay there again if I return to Great Malvern.

We had a couple of lovely days exploring the Cotswolds and staying at the Lodge. The Lodge is so comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you need and included a welcome hamper with homemade brownies. Sue was a great host and made bookings at the Red Lion and The Howard for evening meals that gave us a discount on food. The community shop was well stocked with lots of local produce. The Lodge is perfect for accessing local walks and exploring the many National Trust properties that are close by. We look forward to returning to the Lodge for more exploring.

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

A very well located flat for both Leamington Spa & Warwick. The flat was comfortable; very quiet & beautiful views across the river. Flat is situated on 3rd floor & there is a lift. Parking easy & 2nd car right outside so no problems there. Lovely to have shower gel; cooking oil; salt & pepper provided. A very enjoyable stay; would certainly recommend.

Stuart's apartments is close to the Hospital and Harborne high Street. The property was in great condition and I received very clear instructions for check in and check out. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great place, perfect location right at the centre of Stratford upon Avon, walking distance to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and all restaurants and pubs in the area. Loved the flat and the roof patio, and I especially loved the shower. There was coffee and tea provided as well. Great value for money indeed!

Completely self contained flat with lots of character. Well away from any road noise and beautiful view. Well appointed facilities - lots of power points and fast wifi. Thoughtful provisions to greet us. Only drawback (not the fault of our host) was poor phone signal in the flat, but slightly better in the car park. A happy stay.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations, especially in terms of the location, views, cleanliness and coziness. It's definitely on my wish list if I come back to Malvern

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely and quiet and was very easy to find. Esther and John were perfect hosts, and finding there was tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk available, along with a selection of biscuits on arrival was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend staying at the Summerhouse and will certainly be looking to book there again when we are back that way 😀

We had a great stay whilst visiting our son at Warwick University. Julie‘s place is great, very convenient and just as described. Julie is very helpful and the complimentary treats left in the fridge were very much appreciated by everyone. Many thanks and we hope to visit again.

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

This is our second time staying at Katie's place, it is such a lovely space, well equipped and in a great, peaceful location. Wouldn't hesitate to recomend if you are looking for a quiet break.

The space was perfect for our stay with plenty of room for the two of us and fully usable kitchen to make it easy to mix eating out with self catering. Snitterfield Arms has a good menu and worth a visit 👍🏼
