Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Metro Manila

Sir Toshi was really accommodating and patient with all of my inquiries. Place was clean and bed was comfy. Great place if you want to relax since there's a beautiful view of the city. Check-in was very smooth since all information was communicated to the front desk already. Will definitely book with them again.

The place is close to the mall and mrt so it’s easy to fetch stuff and get dropped off in the location. I also appreciate the hosts being responsive to all of my questions about the place and the check-in. My stay was great, the check-in and check out is really easy and staff were helpful too. Overall, would book again if needed.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

My stay was fantastic! The place is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It was at the center of all the places I needed to go, making my trip incredibly convenient. The host was accommodating and ensured a smooth experience. I will definitely be rebooking in the future. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 6 nights and we felt extremely satisfied. Everything is provided and all are exactly the same in photos. Whats good with Krizza is she gave us expectations esp when they just did some pest control. I think most condo in Manila has small roaches which I dont think affect the comfort the unit has provided. Swift checkin and out. Thanks Kirzza, til next time! :)

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

It feels really in the country when entered. Especially the smell, very fresh, especially when you're grilling. It's worth it kc you can save on transpo because it's really within meters. Super place and rooms! She's perfect for me especially if I'm really artistic. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and I didn't rush to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the amenities, to the helpful and efficient service of the caretakers. I definitely recommend this to everyone, and will definitely book again should the opportunity arise.

Definitely worth every peso. It was amazing staying at Balai Annaya. True to their words, our stay was charming & comfortable. Every part of the house was clean. Kitchen, bed rooms, and comfort rooms amenities are complete. The location was near almost everything - so it was also easy to have things/foods delivered. Super accommodating & generous din ni Ms. Anne & her family. We are very thankful. We felt super bitin talaga sa stay namin haha.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

We had a good time in the house, it’s very clean and modern, we really felt we are home. And Miss Jillie is very responsive and very accommodating, she is very kind and caring! Such a great place to stay, and an amazing host, will surely book again!

So far this is the best unit we've booked so far services and amenities wise. Host was very responsive and helpful, car parking was booked ahead and within the premises, the unit was clean and functional. I appreciate the placements of the appliances as it's so convenient for usage and it's complete down to seasonings for cooking. We enjoyed watching on the projector while sitting on the beanbags as it felt so comfy and homey. They even have a manual printed out for every question/s we may have including local recos which is sooo thoughtful. Speaking of thoughtful, we were even greeted by a sweet written letter from the host and a treat for our furbaby which I appreciate so much and he loved. Only cons for me are the busy elevator and the small cramped balcony but nevertheless, I highly recommend this unit and will definitely book again! Thank you Dani for being an outstanding host.

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Florencio has been a gracious host and very responsive to all our querries and request. He made sure that his unit was periodically cleaned and that the sheets are replaced with fresh ones. My family loved my Florencio’s place and he earned our admiration and respect for his professionalism. Thank you Mr. Florencio and keep it up!

What we loved: - Shaun was a great host! He's very responsive, friendly, courteous, and gives clear instructions. - Stable and fast internet + projector on a huge screen were perfect for the Hope On The Stage live streaming that we did. - The place is spacious! - Well-equiped kitchen - The couch is big and comfy; the beds and linens are great too! - Good water pressure in the bathroom. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, liquid soap are included. Take note: - There's no AC in the living room but there were 2 air coolers so it was comfy. It wasn't hot at all. - The home theatre's sound only comes from the projector but it's good enough - as in it won't disturb the neighbors.

First off, host was very responsive and welcoming. There were no problems during check-in as all requirements were settled prior. The room was not only spacious and squeaky clean but had a very thoughtful and stylish design and good lighting. Bedroom slippers and fresh towels were provided for each guest. There were also complimentary snacks, tea, coffee pods and bottles water on the counter. The host was also kind enough to reply to our every question and request. 10/10. Would definitely book again.
