Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

The place is perfect for big family stays! It offers great amenities and a beautiful, peaceful environment. The owner is very attentive and proactive with helpful suggestions, making the experience even better. We had no issues throughout our entire stay — everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My mom and sister checked in here as it was the closest accommodation we can find near their training venue. Everything was good and Ms. Allona was really nice and accommodating. It was just difficult to get public transpo from outside (Hacienda Sta. Elena) going to the house. Otherwise, still good value for money.

Roderick's house is perfect for a family's stay, its spacious, has an amazing TV in the living room so you can enjoy movies with your kids. Roderick is also a great host with quick and clear communication.

Miss Nadia was very helpful. Communicated with us all throughout and made sure we have what we need. Days before the date of check in, she messaged us to check if we have any special requests. We had a good time at ms nadia's home. It was very spacious and was able to accomodate my family. Will definitely recommend and we may book again if situation permits!

Sir Normand was a wonderful host, he catered all our needs with swift action. He’s hospitable and friendly, just what a host should be. As for the place, it’s beautiful! Very spacious bedroom, clean and complete kitchen. The best part is the automatic laundry machine so you’ll never worry about dirty clothes. You’ll definitely feel at home! Thank you sir Normand. Great Airbnb place for the whole family! Lots of space and room to accommodate everyone! Would recommend this place for those looking in the Pasay Area. I just wished the parking was alot closer to the check-in, but overall a very great place to stay!

The home was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable holiday. The decorations added a festive touch, making it feel cozy and warm. Nelia was an outstanding host—responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful. She made sure every detail was taken care of, and her recommendations for local spots were fantastic. The location of the townhouse was also ideal, close to key attractions, yet in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend Nelia’s townhouse to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back! Super clean accommodation that's nearby restaurants. Very quiet location and accessible from Enchanted Kingdom. Ms. Aileen was very responsive and flexible. She provided clear instructions. The whole check-in and checkout experience were easy and self-service.

we felt safe and the place has everything you need for a home. you have your own garage. hope the fridge situation can be addressed as it is partially blocked and we find it challenging to access it.

We're composed of 3 couples that attended a wedding at Tagaytay Highlands. If you're looking for a place to stay near the said venue and will be booking as a group also then we highly recommend Ms. Cha's place! We requested to have access to all 3 rooms and Ms. Cha graciously approved our request. Listing is accurate, environment is peaceful, and there's also enough parking space to accommodate 2-3 cars. We requested in advance the towels but kindly bring your own toiletries because these will not be provided. Too bad we had to leave the next day after the wedding but my friends were able to try their videoke. The boys enjoyed lounging by the big couch din as they played their mobile games. We hope to be back next time for a proper staycation so we can enjoy more the other activities available within the place. Thanks again Ms. Cha and Ate Riza for welcoming and assisting us at your homestay! :)

Was a bit unsure at first since there weren’t many reviews, but the host was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The place ended up being way better than we expected! Super clean, easy check-in, and close to stores which was really convenient. Wi-Fi did drop out sometimes, but if you're just chilling with friends or family, it’s not a big deal. Overall, loved the stay!

Overall the place is very worth the price and the host is extremely accommodating and responds very quickly and politely with all of our inquiries. Really had a wonderful experience with this place. :) The host provided a very detailed check in guidelines which should already help you out with your initial queries including how to get to the place and how to get in with the unit. Additionally, I wanted to commend Ms Lenn for being truthful. She could have hidden the fact about the announcement of possible power interruption in the place to keep the paid booking but she chose to be transparent and honest about it with us. She also even offer a free extension of stay for any inconvenience a power outage may cause us. Luckily, there were no actual power outage during our stay. Still, we truly appreciate how kind and honest Ms Lenn is. The actual place is very spacious, even the whole neighborhood is so big and quiet as well. Really great place and affordable too! Thanks for having us!
