Waterfront holiday rentals in Metro Manila

only thing I can say is that they should have offered me the parking slot in advance as I mentioned I need parking. nonetheless it was perfect and worth every peso.

Me and my wife loved it. This was our first ever Airbnb experience. We stayed for 2 nights and it was an absolute stress reliever. The co-host Genalyn was very responsive and answered all our questions. The room was spotless. The wifi is acceptable but I do not recommend using it to play online games, video streaming is fine though (speed ranges from 20-50 Mbps). You will need to sign in using your own Google and streaming service accounts to use the TV. The Kitchen is equipped with a standard pot and pan, dishes and cutlery are included. Host provided us with a few water bottles, coffee strips and sugar packets. Bathroom has a water heater, sitting bidet and automatic washing machine, you will need to bring your own body and laundry soap. The building is about 15-20 min walk to Mall of Asia. The pool is less than stellar. Having access to it from the balcony is very nice but there are sections of the pool that are clearly unkempt (rusting hand rails, dirty wall tiles, etc).

Our stay was superb. The cozy ambiance made us feel like we were at home. The hosts were very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The location of the place was accessible and convenient; close to malls, fast food chains, and other places. We enjoyed our time and plan to book again.

the Host was very responsive to our questions! We were a group of 5 and it took us some time to pack out for our checkout time, but the Host was very kind in giving us more time to evacuate the unit. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Unit was lovely.

Ots a great location nearby the airport (20-30 minutes) nearby malls, manila bay and more - easy to get around less traffic - for me it was perfect because i am about to fly to germany

The unit is clean and things are kept in place. We appreciate how the host responsded quickly when we ask for some kitchen essentials and in just a few minutes, a staff was there already and provided what we ask for. Kudos to you mam annalyn, thank you for that mam! Also the bed is spacious and comfortable. We had a well rested night. The location is superb, nearby resto with close by grocery at the ground floor. Would like to stay again in this place once back in the city.

This is our second time booking Ms. Dina's place, and I'm sure there will be many more to come. We’ll definitely recommend it to others. It truly feels like home, peaceful neighborhood, cozy atmosphere, and most of all, Ms. Dina is incredibly accommodating. It is in a slightly remote area in Antipolo but still easy to find through Google Maps. The bungalow is ok but could use a little more cleaning. Still had a great time! The place is peaceful and can help you reset :) Kitchen is complete with all the utensils you need. Although there is no signal, Wi-Fi is strong. Bedroom has AC. We didnt expect it would get cold because of some openings on the window but surprisingly, it did its job. Karaoke has a fee of 500.

We had an enjoyable time there. The house was clean but make sure to care and clean all the things you use. You have your own space for cooking which I found quite nice and could also invite some guests over. You also have a TV for some entertainment or have a karaoke machine and connect it with your TV to have a videoke. For your convince you need your own car to get in and out of the subdivision quickly. Other than that was the experience great.

The photos did not do justice on how beautiful this place is. The house feels homey, quiet, clean and every space was well thought of. I will forever recommend this place to friends and family. We love it!

Kudos to Kuya Noel for being helpful and accommodating during our stay. Nice place to chill and relax, perfect view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. The place is quiet and serene and very secured. it is also very near to the market, grocery, and stores.

I enjoyed a month at this place. I slept well. For me, sleep is the most important value provided by an accommodation because I'm sensitive to night time sounds. Passing motorcycles or ambulances can be heard, but only moderately, so I still felt well-rested most mornings. For a place in the center of Manila it is probably quieter than average. So If you're looking for good rest in Manila I recommend it. All other aspects of the place were fabulous, and accurately described in the listing.

Kenneth was always very responsive as a host and we became good friends over time as well. Overall a young kind young man with bright future. Any issue was resolved quickly!

Very aesthetic, comfy and great place to stay.

My daughter and i and her aunt had a great 3 night stay in this unit. The owner was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. I appreciated the seamless check in, clear instructions, and warm welcome to the place. The unit was very clean, modern, and picture worthy. It also felt so cozy and homey for us. Even with my request of early check in, the pool coupons, and the communication after i left my EarPods in the unit, were all seamless. It was handled and communicated in a very well manner. Kudos!! For sure, I’ll be booking this unit again or any of their other units when we come back soon!! Thank you so much!!!
