Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

Отличное место для отдыха в Италии! 20 минут езды на машине от Венеции. Хозяин дома встретил по прибытию и на протяжении всего пребывания постоянно ухаживал за территорией дома. Квартира находится на первом этаже двухэтажного частного дома. В доме проживает хозяин и другая семья. Территория выглядит ухоженно и опрятно! Бассейн - выше всех похвал. Ребенок и мы проводил время в бассейне часами. Есть кресла, стулья и зонтик от солнца и некоторые вещи для игр в бассейне. В квартире есть кондиционер и все необходимое для готовки (масло, сахар, соль, кофе для гейзерной кофеварки), сама кофеварка, тостер и все остальное. Квартиру можно рекомендовать для спокойного отдыха вдали от городской суеты, а также для осмотра Венеции и округи.

Het huisje ligt in een prachtige, rustige omgeving maar is wel op een goede afstand van steden zoals Venetië, Padua en Chioggia. Je kunt het relaxen bij het huisje dus goed combineren met een tripje naar een stad in de buurt. Er zijn overigens dichtbij ook prima restaurants en supermarkten te vinden. Het huis zelf is modern, schoon en overal voorzien van goedwerkende airco’s (wat heel fijn is als de temperatuur buiten oploopt tot 37 graden). De tuin is ontzettend ruim en wordt goed onderhouden. Het zwembad is echt prachtig, en een fijn formaat. Dat het zwembad gedeeld wordt met de eigenaresse en haar kinderen, was voor ons geen enkel probleem. Je hebt echt voldoende privacy. De communicatie met Francesca was goed; ze reageert snel, gaf duidelijke instructies voor inchecken en leuke tips voor restaurants of dingen om te doen of bezoeken in de omgeving. Al met al zou ik een verblijf hier zeker aanraden!!

Ce séjour fut très agreable. Le logement était conforme aux descriptions et par dessus tout le calme de cette habitation était reposant après une journée à visiter les environs. Ce logement était dans un état irréprochable ce qui fut très plaisant en le découvrant . Nous sejournerons a nouveau chez vous si c'était à refaire 😊

The house is beautiful. Good location for catching the train to Venice, Treviso, Padua and Verona. The bakery is a 2 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Tanya and Igor were very helpful and we loved sitting outside on the verandah. Thank you very much Christine

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Beautiful accommodation, well equipped kitchen and lounge/dining space. Three bedrooms each with their own ensuites that are modern and clean. Outdoor area, large private grassy area, patio with plenty of furnishings and BBQ. The local area, was peaceful and having the canal running opposite was wonderful to watch the boats going by. Communication with the owners was very easy via email and in person and they responded in a timely manner. Checking in and out was seamless, even allowing an earlier check in and checking out at 6 am. I would highly recommend this property and it was perfect for my family of 6 adults. My only criticism is that it was advertised having WIFI. However, there wasn't this facility, this didn't impact our stay but might for families with teenage children.

Meine Familie und ich hatten 6 Nächte bei Marco und Elena verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Besonders praktisch , waren die Moskitonetze und die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern. Die Lage ist ruhig und ca 30 min zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Mit dem Bus gelangt man einfach nach Venedig. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank , für das Gastgeschenk und die reibungslose Kommunikation👍🏼🤩

If you are travelling to Venice, this is the place to stay! First of all, Monica is an incredible host, she was flexible with us dropping off our luggage before check-in which allowed us to start exploring the city. The place itself was immaculate with all the amenities need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Marina's apartment is better than the listing can describe. My family of four including 2 teenage boys loved it! It is impeccably clean, modern, comfy and with all the right details. The windows in the rooms have heavy shutters that you can open and close so that you are not woken by daylight. They are quiet and have very comfy beds. There is A/C in all spaces as this was needed in the summer. Having a TV in each room was also great for our teens to have downtime. The heavy double paned windows also kept the apartment very quiet. We only heard noise if we opened the windows in the living room. It is located in a cute and safe street that is a 5-10 minute walk to all the best spots in Venice! I would not need to look any further for a different rental for a future trip to Venice.

Een fijn ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg van de omgeving en reactietijd was altijd snel en behulpzaam. Erg vriendelijk! De ruimte was netjes en schoon, in Noale kun je verder heerlijk eten en drinken. Er is een grote supermarkt om je boodschappen te halen. Naar het treinstation ben je in 5min, en brengt je naar Venetië. Als we ooit terug gaan boek ik weer hier.

Chiara hat immer schnell geantwortet und ich war mir schon vor der Reise sicher, dass alles klappen wird. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Lage war nett und in der Nähe der Vaporetto-Station. Nachts war es schön ruhig, außerdem war es sauber. Es gab eine Bialetti, guten Kaffee, Toaster, alles prima.

My wife and I stayed at Isabella's place for 3 days. It was perfectly situated in Mestre, which is a mainland city in Venice. just a 30 minute bus ride from the Grand Canal. public transportation was very convenient. The main bus stop was 20 m away from the entrance of our apartment. you get to the center of town in 10 minutes. another 10-15 minutes you're at the canals. If you're using public transportation I recommend that you download the Moovit app. it was a lifesaver for us. gives you all of the bus and train and tram information with a real-time digital updates. Isabella was lovely very responsive. very helpful giving instructions about how to travel and where to go.. We would definitely rent our apartment again the next time we're in town.

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Luca und Jessica. Sie ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Man kommt super per Bahn oder Bus in die Stadt Venedig. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind sehr lecker und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet mit einer sauberen Küche. Wir bedanken uns auch bei den Gastgebern für Ihre schnelle Antwortzeiten und Ihrer Flexibilität. Sehr zu empfehlen! Einziger Nachteil ist die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße und ist gut befahren. Dementsprechend ist es etwas laut.

Incredible place to stay, super private and peaceful with a bright and open interior and lovely outside seating area, the place was spotless with was nice interior decor touches giving the place that added bit of personality. The walk in closet is a brilliant space to store both clothes and luggage and really added a little something extra the space, as well as the glass staircase which is beautiful (if not a little scary to walk on initially). Well connected location with easy access to train stations and plenty of good restaurants and places to stop for ice cream along the way. The owners were super responsive as well which just made everything so much easier. Brilliant place to stay, cannot recommend enough!

An exceptional stay at Magdalena and Francesco’s stunning, impeccably clean home in Spinea! The hosts were incredibly warm, attentive, and available around the clock, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine hospitality made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommend this perfect getaway!

Heerlijke week gehad in het appartement van Alessandra. Dakterras was top. Mooi verzorgd appartement, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs een badjas! Ligging van het appartement is dichtbij de bootverbinding Palanca. Vandaaruit ben je zo in Venetië en de locaties van de Biënnale.

We have an excellent stay in this property it is in a quiet neighborhood but with very quick access to local restaurants and attractions (including the Peggy Guggenheim) and easy access to the water bus. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Venezia.

Modern clean place right in the canal. Host was great. Just be aware you will have noise and tourists floating outside the windows.

Stay in Monica's apartment in Treviso was outstanding. Traveling with my elder father. Although we didn’t even expect breakfast to be included, she contacted us in advance about providing us with local food. After checking allergies/preferences (my father won’t eat mammals or sweets and likes to make eggs and veggies every morning), we were greeted with fresh organic tomatoes and fresh picked courgettes and squash with blossoms still on them all grown by the host, local bread, smoked swordfish slices, eggs, beer, talisker whiskey, peaches, apricots and more. Extensive local food recommendations, convenient parking at the apartment, beautiful space with everything we could want right across the street from the old city. And so welcoming and helpful after a very rough travel day before we got here. Immediately felt at home, well fed and well guided by a local. She let us park past check in and sent us on our way with additional food as gifts. Can’t recommend more highly.

Nos sentimos como en casa, se estaba muy fresquito y para una escapada como hicimos, era estupendo. El bus pasaba por la puerta prácticamente y en 20 minutos estabas en el centro de Venecia. Si volviera, sin duda repetiría.
