Beautiful accommodation, centrally located in Mestre and very nice host also with tips for getting there and things to do. Highly recommend. Diagonally across the street is a beautiful cafe (Rosa Salva) for breakfast, among other things.

Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Excellent apartment with everything you might need. The inner courtyard is very cozy and perfect for enjoying calm, fresh air. Giacomo is a super host - he accommodated our special request even though it wasn’t previously agreed upon, was very pleasant to communicate with, and provided all the necessary instructions.

Gabriele’s place was much bigger than expected based on photos. Apartment was clean and tidy, with a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us. Good location if you can’t stay in Venice due to car, short walk and train into central Venice. Only thing to note is no lift and quite a few floors of stairs to get up to the apartment. And just to note- electricity turned off half an hour from check out time which not sure was intentional or not, but other than that, great place

A cozy apartment, perfect location in the very center of Venice, with a great balcony and fantastic views. Well-equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes, the hosts also took care of a set of necessary products ( coffee, salt , even olive oil!). Very comfortable and beautiful bathroom. If you don't mind climbing to a high floor, we definitely recommend it!

This was an absolutely beautiful stay! The house was in a perfect location. Check in was very simple and there were plenty of keys for a large group. We had a group of 8 and the sleep situation was comfortable but there was a lot of signage about the strict group size restrictions. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The place was 3 flights of a tight stairs up with another staircase within. The climb was 100% worth it for beautiful rooftop porch. The view of the city from the location was absolutely stunning. Truly a perfect location, a reasonable distance from the train station and in the middle of all the action! I would highly recommend this location!

Spacious, quiet and very well located accommodation in Venice. Close to the vaporettos network to get around between the islands, including Murano in minutes. We enjoyed being able to walk to a lot of places while maintaining tranquility. Although the listing says “smoking,” no smell is present in the apartment. We recommend this listing without hesitating!

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Wonderful host and place, very clean and tidy.

Very nice and large apartment, which was very central. Really a cozy location where you can see the canals right in front of the windows. It was a little hard to find there, but we got to talk to Carlos on the phone when we had arrived as guides us in the right place. We are very satisfied and can definitely be recommended.

This is our second time staying in this charming apartment on the Lido. The location is great, very close to the vaporetto station and many restaurants and cafes, at the same time very quiet. The apartment is perfect for two couples. We love the small garden. We will be happy to come back.

Very helpful and quick to respond

We - 4 women - just returned from a 5-night stay here. We loved it. We each had a bedroom of our own, and there was a large living room with a sunny balcony. There was also a balcony off the kitchen, which was very well-equipped. The apartment was spotless and there were plenty of towels, etc. Basically, they had thought of everything we might need. The hosts, Maria and her son, who speaks English, were extremely helpful. They live in the same building but are very unobtrusive, while being available if we needed them. The apartment has its own entrance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful week at this charming house with our child. The first floor is designed as a well-equipped apartment with access to a terrace and a quaint garden. The location on the island of Lido is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto to Venice, with good restaurants accessible nearby and the beach 15 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Carla and her husband for their warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout the stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We loved this peaceful break and would definitely recommend this place!

Francesca was incredibly helpful before arriving. We had not visited Venice previously, and her recommendation to take the water taxi in from the airport was exactly what was needed after a long day of travel. She was also quick to communication before and during the stay. A/C was fantastic which was sorely needed during our stay. Location is close to many dining and shopping areas, but off the beaten path. Strongly recommend!

Very friendly host, he even let us leave later on the last day. The apartment is very good with all the amenities, clean and very well located a short walk from St. Mark's Square. Very good value for money. If I return to Venice I will stay here

Large homely apartment located close to multiple bus stops + friendly hosts

Paolo was a SUPER HOST! We can’t say enough great things about our host and his accommodations! He was there to greet us, explain everything inside, helped us along in our adventures and even took on the responsibility of finding us a water taxi back to Venice for our departure! His place was delightful and would stay again for sure!
