Apartment holiday rentals in Mestre, Venice

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

We arrived earlier, and it was possible to park in front of the appartment, free of charge. We left the car there, and based on Jessica's instruction we travelled by bus to Venice. After return from the old town, the check in was easy, appartment was absolutely clean and organised. We were with our three children together, and we can recommend it for families and travellers by car to Venice.

very comfortable apartment. Near the building there‘s bus 4L, it can arrive venice island in 10min. also two large supermarket in 5min walking distance.

The Ca’ Manzoni apartment was a great place to stay for our four nights in Venice! The decor was very Venetian and extremely elegant, and it was a relaxing space to come ‘home to’ after hectic days spent amongst the Venice summer tourists. The location was very central - which was wonderful. We lovedlistening to classical the music from the nearby music school. Our host was extremely communicative and gave us lots of advice and tips for things to do around the city. We’d highly recommend this AirBnB to other travellers!

very impressed with the apartment, probably the best I've stayed in so far. The help which Gabriele provided with local markets, malls etc was extremely good. Though the apartment is slightly on outer side but you can get to Venice in about 15 min as the bus stop is nearby. Both the host were super responsive and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place

Best Airbnb accommodation we ever stayed in! Perfect location, quiet, outstanding view and easy accessible to main sites! Great restaurants nearby and Coop grocery store right around the corner. Unique and homely furnishing with many guide books and reading materials provided! Daniela is certainly a super host! She provided much more than the other hosts we came across. We really feel like we are guests in her house! She responded to all our questions and showed us around when we arrived! Totally outstanding! We were sad to leave Daniela’s apartment and moved to airport hotel on our last night in Venice!

William’s place is an absolute gem! I’ve visited Venice three times before and this was by far the best stay. The location is perfect—peaceful yet walkable to San Marco, Rialto, and close to both Accademia and San Samuele Vaporetto stops. The apartment is spotless, beautifully designed, and well-equipped—especially loved the pristine kitchen and dreamy coffeemaker. The AC worked perfectly (a must in June), the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. Mornings with the “dreams door” open to the canal were magical—gondolas drifting by, peaceful water views, and not noisy at all. Truly felt like living in a postcard. William was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. We were celebrating our anniversary and arrived to a chilled bottle of prosecco—such a sweet, generous touch. This place captures the magic of Venice, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you, William!

We were received by Ellis mother who was very nice and gave us all the information needed. The apartment is perfect for a couple and it was clean and tidy. We were glad that Ellis left us coffee, tea, salt and oil. There is also an organic store just five minutes from the apartment where we could buy eggs, cheese and fruits for a nice breakfast. And just across the apartment there is a bus station that takes you to Piazzale Roma in Venice in about 20 minutes. My husband and I had a very nice time and we highly recommend the place.

We loved staying there. It was super close to the train station to Venice. It was beautiful, clean and super quiet. It had everything we needed, and lots of space! I would definitely recommend Manuela’s place if you’re looking to go to Venice, but you want somewhere a little quieter and out of the way!

Absolutely amazing property! Outside of the main tourist areas, so much more peaceful in the afternoons and mornings. Much more of a relaxed vibe and able to stroll throughout the day. The condo itself was in a perfect spot: directly beside a supermarket, restaurants and Murano Museo water taxi stop. This makes transportation easy to get back and forth from the main ports at Venice. The host also gave great directions on how to get to the unit with which lines to take, so make sure you ask if you’re having difficulty. They were extremely responsive and quick to help. The inside of the condo was beautiful itself and had all the necessities such as cooking utensils, pots, pans and most importantly coffee machine. I would highly recommend Murano Suites to anyone wanting a leisurely stay!

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great place in the center of everything.

Cristiano is a superb host. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. The apartment was very nice with terrace and small garden and of course the cats 🐈🐈‍⬛ and turtles were 🐢🐢🐢 the highlight for the kids. We would come back anytime. Thanks again .🙏🏽😊

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

Federica was immediately available, caring and attentive to our needs. The accommodation is clean, well kept, with the presence of important details such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer and ironing board. All set in a setting with green spaces and a pool. Great for a family stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa and her sons were incredibly kind and helpful, so we felt welcome right from the start. The property itself is simply stunning – beautifully laid out and offers numerous opportunities for activities. For our children it was an absolute dream! The facility leaves nothing to be desired. The place is especially ideal for friendly families who want to have a great time together. Also the location is perfect for trips to Treviso or Venice. Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

Halli Hello, in winter Very quiet location, in summer I can imagine great area, not far from beach. Venice can be reached in 30 minutes by vaporetto, nice route for photography😊. Accommodation fully equipped with everything you could need (kitchen utensils, bathroom, extra blankets) etc. Pleasant and quick written contact. We were very satisfied overall and would recommend it. ☺️👍
