With our group of friends, we had a lovely New Year at this beautiful property, inside and outside 👍 Thanks to Marine for hosting us and for availability! We are ready to come back without hesitating!

Very good welcome from Frédéric from the beginning to the end of the stay. The Villa is very well equipped for adults and children. Everything is available to have a good time. Everything is a maximum 20/25 minute drive. Thank you again so much for this quality welcome. We would not hesitate to return if we ever want to return to this area!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in France! The villa was very modern, beautifully equipped with everything we needed, and had a great layout — perfect for hosting and keeping an eye on the kids while they played in the swimming pool. The heated pool made a huge difference and was enjoyed every single day. The location was excellent — you could walk to the local shop for fresh bread and essentials, and the beach was only a quick 6-minute drive away. It offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Communication with the host was outstanding: always very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The villa was spotless, free of clutter, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to return — highly recommended for a relaxing, comfortable, and unforgettable holiday!

I think the Villa was great for families . Big living area outside terraces, garden and swimming pool. Set slightly away from the main bar and restaurant area but a very short walk to the beach it was peaceful at night. Air con was a big plus when the temp reached 31 degrees. Francois was super helpful and responsive to all our requests. All in all a great place to stay.

Villa Aralia is the dream residence for a holiday or a long weekend with friends! The entire outdoor space is beautiful and perfectly furnished, with an outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool and jacuzzi, then behind a large garden surrounded by large trees that preserve your privacy. There is everything you need to avoid boredom: petanque, barbecue, volleyball court, ping-pong table... We really had a good time! Thibault is also a very welcoming host, friendly, dedicated and responsive. I highly recommend it!

I would recommend it 100% The house was very nice, perfectly equipped in the kitchen (as rarely), the neighborhood is peaceful. The host is nice. We would have liked to stay there for the week, and much more! Thank you Marie-Sophie!

This house is beautiful Extremely comfortable bedding The little plus foosball the kids loved it. And of course direct access to the beach without the need to take the car. Nina's welcome was very friendly. I would highly recommend it

The house is perfectly equipped (we see that the owners live there for a good part of the year, because there is really everything you need), tidy and carefully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. We are not too far from Hossegor and the beaches. The pool and aperitif area are perfect. Between the rental and our vacation, a pergola for the dining table and air conditioning in the parent room have been added👍. Lydia and Stéphane were very welcoming and helpful, always available to answer our questions. Thank you so much for a great week.

Aline was a great host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house had cleaning of the common areas every day which was great since we were a big group staying for the week. The house is very beautiful and a great place to stay when visiting Biarritz!

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

We had a great time with friends. Wenda and Manuel are very friendly, welcoming and available. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. And the little extra that makes all the difference is the outdoor space: the summer kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor bathroom is really nice. We'll save the address for next time:)

We felt right at home, the Agency was very helpful ! The home is surrounded by a lot of trees and is very peaceful. The rooms are spacious even the « TV ROOM ». Kitchen has all the amenities for stay at home lunch and diner. The pacio is perfect for dinner and apero !

We had a very pleasant family stay in Pauline's house. There were 14 of us including 2 children and the house is very large and very bright. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding comfortable and the house has lots of amenities especially for the kitchen but also games for young and old. Pauline was always very responsive, gave us good advice and had kind attention to us. Looking forward to staying at your place under the sun so you can enjoy the garden this time!

We had a great stay at Villa Bidaous. The setting is beautiful, the house is very nice, well-equipped and perfectly clean upon our arrival. Everything is designed to spend a relaxing time with friends. The environment is quiet, conducive to rest, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces with the pool. Thank you for hosting us. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! All amenities were available and especially for children there were many toys, water toys, changing table, a real baby bed, potty, toilet attachment, etc. The reception by Catherine was great and she showed and explained everything to us in peace. She always responded very quickly to inquiries and responded to all questions/requests. The surroundings are very beautiful and especially suitable for great bike rides. The beautiful bike path "Vélodyssée / EuroVelo 1" can be reached quite quickly and leads through pine forests and past beautiful sand dunes to interesting places such as St.-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz. We especially liked the beach of Vieux-Boucai-Les-Bains. Day trips to Bordeaux and Donostia-San Sebastián are a must! Overall, we liked the stay very much and would be happy to come back! Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The heated pool and hot tub are really nice with the nice weather we had this weekend. Pleasant accommodation, spacious, very comfortable bed. We would love to come back to Magescq at Cedric's.

We had an exceptional stay! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The setting is simply idyllic: calm, greenery, a beautiful swimming pool to relax, many terraces and a great weather. A true haven of peace. Had a great week with the family. The villa had everything you could need and only a 20min walk from the beach. Only negative was the pool was quite large and not heated so a bit too cold to use in September
