Bright and clean dwelling in a quiet area, surrounded by gardens. Functional with all the necessary equipment and a lot of utensils and dishes. Comfortable bedding. Close to the beautiful beaches of Quimiac (but need to have a vehicle) about 1 km. A region to discover, authentic and far from the over-touristy places.

Very nice house, well-equipped and well-located right next to the market square and beaches! The best for families and groups of friends. We'll be happy to go back!

The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay

We had a great time in this beautiful home! At the very least, we could say that the photos do not do justice to the cozy, airy and bright atmosphere that reigns in the house. Everything is there: equipment, children's area, outdoor equipment, to have a great time. Even if it took us a while to figure out where the bread knife was "hidden"... 😁 Servane explained the arrival and departure procedures to us, we felt very welcome and it made us want to come back (we didn't read everything in the library)! Peaceful and disconnected oasis. We had a great time in this cozy little nest in the middle of the countryside and chirping of birds. The space has all the comforts you need to relax and unwind. The terrace is a real asset to enjoy the sun and the surrounding calm. Finally, Sophie is a very nice person, who knows how to welcome and give the right places to get away on the coast. We warmly recommend this cottage.

Thank you very much for this little weekend, the accommodation is even better than described, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is beautiful, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the terrace as much as we would have liked. The apartment is quiet, peaceful and Brigitte is adorable ^^ we will gladly come back.

Very well-appointed and designed modern apartment. Location in the center 5 minutes from the train station, at the end of the very commercial Avenue du Gal de Gaulle, and just a 10-minute walk from the market. The beach and embankment are a 10 minute walk away. there are plenty of restaurants and creperie 2 steps away, really great location.

The accommodation was generally in line with our expectations. It's clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures (the pancakes were excellent). Very good communication with Philippe. It is a very good value for money in this geographical area.
