Holiday rentals with a patio in Mesagne

The location is very very well located in Brindisi, about 5 minutes from the train station. Brindisi is a well-located town, between Lecce and Bari (2 cities that are worth a visit) which are both easily accessible by train (such as Monopoli, Polignano di mare). For other visits (Matera, Ostuni, Alberobello, we preferred to rent a car (agency recommended by our host, a little far from the airport, but nickel service...). The apartment is an "AirBnB" apartment, in which we never cooked. It's very quiet. Nearby a typical bakery (above, 2nd street on the right), fruits and vegetables and many restaurants (we recommend Mama...). To summarize a good address, quiet, close to the train station, to discover Puglia (knowing that the city of Brindisi has the advantage of being well positioned) without being the city to discover... Our host is very responsive and quick to respond to all our requests.

We had a very nice stay!! In our case, we were attended by Stefano, who was always attentive and willing to help us very kindly. The apartment has everything that is detailed in the publication and is a few minutes walk through a beautiful area. The facilities for three people are great, we are tall people and the place was very comfortable. We highly recommend this place!

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

As per all previous reviews, what a great little BnB. All the details have been thought of and a great place to escape the city but well located for a lot of the places in apulia. Great host who goes out their way to make your stay as good as it can be with some very strong recommendations for chilled beaches and local pizzeria. Thanks a lot Amelia.

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

The apartments was well designed clean and homely

The listing matches the photos. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. The apartment is in a very peaceful location. There is a restaurant just a few meters from the accommodation that offers very good pizza at a very good price. It's also great for visiting the chickens. Suggested improvement: One of the beds could be improved because it makes noise with each movement and is not very comfortable for two. In conclusion, I would recommend this listing 😊

We had a perfect 3 nights at this property. The host couple's welcome was very warm. The gentleman spoke French, which greatly facilitated the exchanges. They gave us good advice for visits to the area and recommended excellent restaurants. Upon our arrival, water, milk and something to snack on for breakfast were at our disposal, a really appreciable attention. The accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. It felt like home.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Where do I even start…. Hands down the BEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and double hands down the BEST host we’ve ever had. Fabrizio truly loves what he does and helping his guests have the best experience. I was in awe at how hard working he was and how he was always helpful and responsive and went above and beyond. (He needs a raise btw) He met us at our car the first day and also met us at 5am to say goodbye and walk us back to our car with our luggage. The Airbnb itself is stunning with all the amenities and services you could ever dream of. The view is absolutely stunning, we have a photo of the view now hanging in our home. The wife’s owner is an interior designer and you could tell how thoughtful the design of the space was! Incredible! The bed is also very comfortable with individual duvets for each person which my husband and I thought was very smart . I mean I could go on and on and on. You should stay here.

I can’t say enough good things about Dario and his country cottage. It was my dream experience amongst the Trulli in a heavenly peaceful environment with flowers everywhere and poignant reminders of the history of the region in the land of Trullis. Very peaceful and as a single woman I felt very safe. The cottage is very private on a country road not far from Martina Franca but also on a very walkable road through the countryside. Everything I could have needed was there, and Dario was an easy presence to engage with and he has a busy life so lots of time on my own. Dario is always available for any questions and I loved conversing with him about the region. He is a wealth of information. If I can make it happen, I will be back!

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in. From the decor to the host’s communication, it was a really fantastic experience! We drove into Ostuni from the south and Gaetano helped advise us on the route to take into the city to avoid the narrow old town streets. He drew his own maps and replied immediately when we had questions. He helped find a parking space, which was extremely difficult so that’s something to consider when visiting Ostuni. There is a few minute walk from the on street parking to the property. The property itself is beautiful. Interior design is clearly something Gaetano cares a great deal about. Reclaimed vintage furniture mixed with modern appliances and finishings and local ceramics and Puglian style. The space is big enough for four for a short period but a couple could stay there long term. The kitchen is well equipped, great size bathroom and small ensuite upstairs. The roof terrace is great for chilling in the sun with a drink! We would 100% stay again!

Very happy stay, quiet. Spacious, well-equipped home with a beautiful terrace. Very responsive cottage even if we did not meet it, the exchanges were very easy.

Lizzanello is a small town with a quiet lifestyle. In our week there we got to know the locals, and experience the warm hospitality at every cafe resteurant and supermarket. Some great resteurants in town ( Laboratorio Dell'alchimista) and nearby ( Il Bracellaio Matto). A short drive to Lecce for a more touristy experience or to costal towns.

Had a wonderful stay in Villa Particolare. We stayed in the studio for 2 weeks. Beautiful clean space and everything available! Beautiful, quiet area near Martina Franca. Peter and Anita are very warm people. They gave us many tips about the area. We felt completely at home!

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos place. Stunning home looks exactly as it is in the photos a blend of original features with exposed stone and beautiful ceilings and modern kitchen and bathroom. Great location less than 10 minutes walk into the beautiful old town of Lecce. We used Lecce as a base to explore the south of Puglia and would highly recommend it great road links to explore the east, west and south coast Lecce really is a stunning place and the ground floor apartment was ideal, there’s on street free parking and we always managed to get parked in close proximity Carlo kept in touch with us throughout our stay with some great recommendations on where to go and eat. We highly recommend staying here.

A weekend of absolute relaxation on the occasion of a beautiful event full of flowers in Leverano. A delightful apartment, very clean and equipped with everything, awaited us a few steps from the historic center. The outdoor garden then... a wonderful surprise and having breakfast there, among the plants and in absolute silence, was very pleasant. Would highly recommend La Pietrachiara, it is in a perfect location easy to walk to anywhere in Ostuni. Ludovica is an extremely helpful host.

Beautiful accomodation inside and outside, very clean and calm. Commication with the host was very smooth, all amenities were as described. We used it as a base to explore Puglia, and the location was very convenient. Would definitely come back if we are in the region again !

We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautifully designed apartment in the peaceful and charming town of Nardò. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated – from the gorgeous tiles and carefully chosen furniture and fabrics, to the absolutely stunning terrace that perfectly frames the beautiful church in the main square. You can really feel the care and artistic eye that went into creating this space. It’s both stylish and incredibly comfortable. Although we didn’t meet Mikaela in person, her warm communication made us feel very welcome. She even left us a bottle of prosecco to enjoy on the terrace. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay in this nice apartment, very well furnished, decorated and equipped, and which has a charming terrace. Giuseppe is very responsive and attentive. I recommend this very well located accommodation, close to the large pedestrian and shopping street and a few minutes from the archaeological museum and the old town.
